This time I was happy they have a staffer that knows a lot about the diabetic shoes. I felt comfortable chatting about my foot issues with him. He ordered the wide size for me to help reduce rubbing. When I picked the shoes up I was delighted by the handsome look of the Anodyne dress shoes and the ease with which to put on as each shoe has an enforced heel so there is no need to use a shoe horn even though Anodyne provides one. My only lament is the shoes are not that thick at the bottom unlike Aetrex so I feel the floor somewhat . The rep ordered two sets of shoes of different sizes just in case. I am happy they made the effort to make sure I get the right shoes with the minimum number of trips. Also communication with the office has improved after they got the correct number to reach me.

Every time I called, they said, "Let me talk to my manager, and I'll call you back". I never got a call back. I had a different issue now with my back. There are different specialists for backs so they assigned me Dr. Ghayoumi (also great!). The care he provided helped solve my back issue and I was better in a few weeks. My negative review is on the facility and their costs. I showed up right on time to my appointment, but didn't have time to fill out their paperwork beforehand. I was chewed out (scolded like a child) by one of their front desk staff. She made me feel extremely embarrassed because I didn't complete their paperwork beforehand... I went in for a total of 2 visits. First visit, I saw Dr. Ghayoumi for 15 to 20 minutes and got an X-ray. In total, I was there for about half an hour to 45 minutes. They billed my insurance for $2K. For my follow up visit, I was in and out in about 15 minutes and insurance was billed another $350. I understand that these rates are pre-negotiated and contracted, but that's just exuberant. To summarize, the doctors are great. My issues were resolved. But their facility and some staff are not so great.

Brought my dad on recommendation of his primary doctor after an abnormal urine test. He was honest…read morein his approach to a common but complicated issue. My dad wanted a second opinion and we went to USC Keck where the MD there wanted to take a very aggressive approach that included removal of an organ. He didn't even look at my dad or ask him questions. Back to Dr. Dikranian we told him of the opinion and he did not agree. We agreed with Dr. Dikranian as well. My dad had two procedures to get the situation resolved. Unfortunately my dad didn't take his medicine as prescribed and had to be taken to the ER. Dr. Dikranian was in communication with the hospitalist and the issue was promptly resolved. We are really thankful for Dr. Dikranian for his knowledge and his incredible bedside manner.
