Everyone is kind, professional, and dedicated to helping their patients get stronger. The energy in the office is also great. It seems like everyone in the office gets along really well. After no longer being a patient I needed a referral and my plan of care as well as just documentation of how many visits I've had for court and seeing another physical therapist She told me the doctor was on vacation for 2 weeks and I wouldn't be able to get anything needed . I was a bit confused seeing as I told the doctor I needed this days before my insurance was no longer accepted by their place of business. When I was ready for to get my documents after Much fighting I was in extreme pain by the time it was ready for pick up and couldn't move. My finance had to pick up the referral and wasn't able To get it till 2 weeks after . When he arrived the same receptionist that gave me such a hard time only gave him a harder time and the referral I already had which made no sense I needed a referral from them and a plan of care they didn't even follow while I was there and then when my fiancé asked For documentation of the dates I've been seen she said I had to request my medical history. I then called her on the phone to explain again what I needed and she was rude and spoke over me and had a very nasty attitude and I had to yell over her because she was so nasty. Crazy thing is both me and my fiancé would be seen there with no issue except for with this particular receptionist.But however she gave my finance what I needed and continue to tell him I need to learn how to speak to her. She is absolutely atrocious for her manner , behavior and her from of speaking to guests. I deal with neck pain that would sometimes force out of bed at 3am and I would have to sleep sitting up to make the pain go away. Ever since I started coming to this facility, I have not had that problem any more. I am currently still rehabilitating my neck but the progress has been excellent! I can sleep until it's time to go to work. That's something I won't take for granted anymore. The staff are brilliant and fantastic! Rose and Ziba work at the front desk and are sincere, sweet and extremely helpful. They make sure you're informed of everything you need to know and are on top of your appointments. Rose also steps in to help you with exercises when needed. Very knowledgeable and reliable. Venki, is the PT. He does an excellent job communicating in the sense of seeing where you are. He'll always ask if you feel okay from stretches to make sure there is no discomfort. I really like that we have conversations on the possible triggers of the neck pain and always proposes solutions. Dr. Andrew, provides the chiropractic care of the therapy. Filled with personality. Makes you laugh while giving me major insight into my injury. Never rushes you, encourages questions and makes sure you leave satisfied. I enjoy the fact that he helps me to understand my condition better than the other doctors I have been with. He educates me on that. I truly appreciate that! Finally, Glenn works with me on training. He gives me exercises to make my neck and the muscles around my neck stronger. Now if I could give zero stars I would. After a few more terrible visits where I went to this provider asking for help, mo concerns were dismissed and I kept being told to go to a psychiatrist. I know I have medical PTSD and I've had it for more than a decade. It is under control the best it is as long as doctors don't trigger it. No matter what I went in for, the answer was to see a psychiatrist. The last straw was me going in for a torn bicep tendon (which I had confirmed from another doctor who wasn't a complete hack) and she told me to take B complex and see a psychiatrist. Im sorry but what the F. So I left and posted a 1 star review on Google. The office called me right away and demanded I remove it. I said no. Now, if you go on the practices Google page, my review is not there. They removed it. All you can find on their page is 5 star reviews down the line and 2 one star which they have replied to. I expected to do some exercises and probably not see much progress. My experience at Core PT shattered those expectations. I initially met with Calvin who was super helpful in diagnosing the issue with my back and getting me started on a personalized treatment plan. I treated mainly with Frank and Julia for about three months. I can't sing their praises loudly enough. Frank could write a book on bedside manner; he always had a positive attitude and reminded me not to get discouraged, reassuring me that I would improve if I stuck with it. He took a dynamic approach to my recovery and made an effort to keep modifying my treatment based on his expertise and understanding of my injury. I received individual attention at every single visit. Julia was there every step of the way to guide my routine and help explain different stretches and exercises--always with encouraging words and an ear-to-ear smile! I made a full recovery after around three months of treatment thanks to the dedication of everyone at Core PT and could never thank them all enough.
