I've seen Troy (acupuncture & reflexology), Michelle (massage), and Jennifer (physiotherapy). It is so convenient having so many different services in the same place! Such amazing practitioners that I keep going back for. 100% would recommend this clinic to anyone. Beats all the other places I have ever been too. The practitioners are super knowledgeable and will even recommend at home exercises! Troy's acupuncture is amazing super relaxing & very refreshing - makes you feel great. Michelle is the best massage therapist I have ever seen. She knows her stuff! Such an awesome experience. Jennifer was good gave plenty at home exercises to help with some pain. I saw her because she is one of the many services this clinic offers. I have never seen a physiotherapist until going to HIP, it was 100% because of the convenience that I went - but I left happy with the service! Such great customer service time and time again. Human Integrated Performance exceeded all my expectations yesterday. I called expecting to get a consultation for later in the week, but HIP were able to schedule me an appointment for just a couple hours after I called which was appreciated. Amber at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and Jenna was able to build me a workout plan taking into consideration my unusual pre-existing conditions. I was happy to learn i'd start treatment and exercises that same initial visit. Jenna sent me home with all the tools I'll need for my recovery, including detailed workout instructions and videos and the tension band i'd need to do the exercises. It's located in a newer building, welcoming atmosphere and staff, very clean. Even got a courtesy next morning to check on me, make sure I hadn't over done it on my first day. I come here for a massage once a month with the great Michelle Hollik and it has been an amazing experience. My body suffers a lot from competitive sports and is usually sore once a week. Michelle has definitely helped my body recover better and faster. The best feeling in the world. I have also seen Jennifer Reier the physiotherapist and Spencer McPhedran the Kinesiologist for previous injuries that I thought I would just have to live with. They have both helped me get stronger so I can perform at my best. Those injuries from overuse have significantly felt better from just doing prescribed exercise therapy. Like others have said, it's so convenient to have all the different providers under one location. The location is really easy to get to and the free underground parking was great during the winter.
