This place....well, describing it as, "incredible" doesn't even start to give it, its full credit. They have anything and everything or someone who is fighting a health challenge in their life. Yes, they have the top of the line cryotherapy chamber. (Do not waste your time at the other ones with the barrel style chambers) A full red light panel room, enormous sauna, hydro massage bed, biomat, Normatec leg compressions, etc...etc..etc. The staff is extremely knowledgable, and their explanations flow well, and allow for better understanding of the benefits. As a long distance runner, I rely on this place for fast recovery (think....no sore legs after leg day) and recycling back to feeling full of energy and ready to take on the day. I used the cold facial service after a tooth extraction. The swelling went down and even though my doctor said I'd need the vicadin, I never had to take a pain pill-not even a single otc Advil. The cold facial service and hydro massage both felt great and definitely went a long way toward helping me recover from my oral surgery. I like this place, I stayed across the street at the Marriott hotel and walked to Human op Center. Kinda confusing when researching it. Comes up as US CRYO and/or Human op center. Every person I've met who works there is top notch in terms of helpfulness, clear communication, knowledge, and making you feel welcome. Miccelle in CryoSkin is an absolute gem -- she goes out of her way to do everything she can do, and she's a pure joy to work with. Sam and Chelsea are both rock solid in working with all the health modalities HOC offers. My favorite of those modalities is red light therapy, which has been extremely well-researched and is amazing for the body in so many ways. The management says no one has to wear a mask. Most of the employees were not wearing them and half the clients weren't. I can't imagine how anyone would use the cryotherapy room knowing that untold numbers were using it without masks. Same goes for the air circulating in the rest of the place. I think the CC county regulations require masks but this place doesn't see it that way. Beware. read more

How I found out about US cryotherapy was listening to a Joe Rogans podcast interviewing Wim Hof. I follow the Wim Hof Method and Joe talked about going into a Cryo-chamber And I thought there was one near where I live. So I went down to check it out and had a tour and session in the cryo-chamber, red light therapy and the hydro bed! All great and I was hooked and I am a VIP member now going 5 times a week. The staff was so welcoming! My husband and I went in with some minor aches and pains to check out cryo for the first time. The first visit was really comfortable as they walked us around and showed all the different rooms and services available. We did the 2 min cryo chamber and then they let us try out localized therapy, red light therapy and a massage ... all as part of our low priced first visit! The pricing is straight forward, lots of different packages and options. Clean facility with changing rooms, lockers, extra gear ( we didnt know what to wear so they gave us shorts, socks, etc.). Very friendly and professional, we bought a package and will continue to see if these sessions alleviate our tendinitis, knee issues and more. I started coming to US Cryotherapy at the recommendation of my personal trainer. I had been managing pain from a hip injury and chronic inflammation/pain from my Lupus. Traditional medicine, prescribed by my doctor, just wasn't working. I had daily, chronic pain. Workouts with my trainer were helping to strengthen my hip, but adding cryotherapy to my training regimen has made my pain (almost) disappear. It felt like a miracle-- I had relief after the first session, and after 1 week I was able to run 2 miles (I hadn't been able to run for 15+ years). I now think of cryotherapy like a gym membership-- you put in the work at the gym, but you also need to take time for rest/recovery. This is the perfect place to take care of yourself.
