I lost a total of five and a quarter inches in my first session with the contour light therapy. They measure upper, middle and lower abdominal areas and this was the total of those three. I'm loving my Cryoskin treatment plan ongoing at the HOC! Both David and Michelle have been phenomenal, very experienced and reassuring, professional, knowledgeable, and I'm already seeing results after only 3 or 4 treatments and I'm really enjoying the other amenities at the center! The only downside is they really need guest WiFi as treatments are often over an hour altogether at the center and I desperately need to make sure I can send and receive texts and work messages, and there is no cellular network in the building. This is one of those "I can't believe I haven't written a review yet" kind of things. I love coming here. The way I feel when I am done, no matter what treatments I have chosen, is incredible. I always do the cryo chamber - it's pretty intense, but you just put on your favorite music and move around as much as possible for 2 minutes or more. I also love the red light rooms, and doing the hydro massage bed with a red light facial is one of the most relaxing things ever. Last night I tried the Normatec compression pants and whoa - amazing. Last week decided to try US Cryotherapy. Every Sunday evening we play soccer and usually on Monday i feel soreness all over my body and sometimes i have even some injuries. First we had a quick tour through facility and Tim told me his personal story how he started his business and most importantly Why. I was impressed with his passion and dedication to help people with their recovery. I tried 3 things: Cryo Chamber: that was fun. First I was scared, then i realized who much fun it was. With your favorite music and a little bit exercise you can feel euphoria and extra energy flow. Localized Cryotherapy: applied to my injured knee and now i can tell I had much less pain and recovered faster than i expected. Compression Therapy AKA the Magic Pants - my favorite part. It is so ironic that someone who loathes being cold as much as I do LOVES cryotherapy. It is crazy but you really are only cold when you are in there and it is such a short period of time. they get you nice and warm after. I feel so much better. My hip pain that has been plaguing me for months is gone, my hand that had an issue feels significantly better and I love how I feel after a treatment. I also really enjoy the other services. When I first started coming to this center I was seeing David for my cyroskin when David left I was worried because he did a great job, but when he left he made sure that he put me in the right hand (Michelle's) hands lol. This is a double review first I did the facial package and I loved the results one week later and my pores are so small and my wrinkles feel softer it's crazy! And it was only $37 you can't beat that and the kid helping me was very knowledgeable and had great customer service he greeted me as soon as I came in stopped vacuuming to help me get in the system I forgot his name but he had a cute accent lol Second review I came back within same week and got the CryoSlimming treatment and let me tell you the technician (Miccelle ) was the best !! I have no real stars to give as I have no firm opinion. But After receiving a special offer of $37 for up to 4 of their several treatments, I thought why not? I will say that Justin and Sam were very helpful,informative and very nice. Justin made me feel 100% less nervous about entering the Cryo chamber. That part was truly amazing and followed by the infrared red light room to warm up. It helped a lot almost instantly. Some other things I was offered, the jury's out. Now, the negative. Although I would love to try the cryo out some more to see if it will truly help chronic pain, I am not willing to sign up for a 3 month commitment at $99/mos to try it out given that you only get 3 visits per month. Additional visits are $25. I don't know about all the people who reviewed this, but are you all able to afford this and have just you to take care of ? I know I can't with a family and besides 3 visits? What does that tell me? VIP is $197 for unlimited visits, must use 12x in first month. Not unreasonable but thats 3x week Not sure if this is month-month. Not sure about the money back guarantee either. I'd love to try for a month and use 2-3 x week at a reasonable price to see if this actually works for me. Only then can I see making a commitment. Thanks for listening BTW. Tim Fitzgerald and his entire team are in a word: awesome. They are also extremeIy professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and dependable. I will always be a customer after being treated with such kindness and compassion by Tim, Dean, and all of the employees at the Treat Blvd. spot in Walnut Creek. I fortunately found cryotherapy and decided to give it a shot to help with bilateral edema (swollen ankles), which is extremely painful. I have suffered for almost a year and of course pass every health test imaginable to the point where my doctor said I would just have to learn to live with this. I did not intend on wearing compression socks for the remainder of my life (being only 42 years of age). After going into the cryo chamber only once (for a mere 2 and a half minutes), I instantly felt like my old basketball knees were given a lube job so to speak. I was able to bend them without hearing them crunch. I also noticed my ankles were not as painful; in fact I was able to walk up the 3 stairs which lead into my place without giving myself a pep talk! I also flew for the first time in months and did not suffer from additional swelling in the air or after my flight. I also found it extremely refreshing to see a business owner actually pay attention to my suggestions AND put them into action. I was very impressed to hear new employees give detailed instructions to new customers- that is a first in my life! Most business owners would have blown my ideas off. I feel great, but i am not coming back. 2 stars because customer service was that horrific. I came in for my scheduled appointment. Got a tour, chose my treatments. I initially came for the choose 3 treatments for $37 and wanted to do whole body cryo, but then i saw the $37 cryo rejuvenation package and asked if i could do both packages. I was told that after the $37 first customer package, things were $10 a la carte. Awesome! So i told the guy the 6 things i wanted to do. Was told to fill out a waiver. By the time i did, guy who had talked to me disappeared. Girl appeared and told me that after the cryo rejuvenation package, things being a la carte were not $10 each, but the whole body chamber was $40, light room $15, etc. i asked to get the other guy over here, but he was not in sight. So she went to see if she could get me a 3 minute facial or something, when another guy walks up. After hearing the explanation, he tells me i can do the $37 choose 3, but that adding the cryo rejuvenation is $30. Fine. That's essentially the same price the first guy quoted me. So i'm ready to go. Put stuff in my locker, go to the front desk--NO ONE THERE. Okay, maybe you're helping other people. But there was no clue what i should do. So by now, it's after 4:30, and my appt was 4:00. Theragun was great. Whole body cryochamber, hreat. Light room, great. I'm ready to get my facial and hydromassage and light therapy (cryo rejuvenation) and i'm told "oh, but it's 5:00 and we're closed." WTF. You wasted all that time negotiating price with me, left me hanging and now this? Why the hell would i come and waste more time here? read more
