They work as a team. I have been lucky to have worked with Lori, Laura, Elena, and Mark over the past few years. My physical body is much improved because of their individual work and their team attitude. I came in this time because of jaw pain that was so bad I could hardly function I started off with Laura, who helped relieve the symptoms. She and I felt good that if this was an acute case, I would likely continue to feel better. The symptoms reappeared later that evening, so I knew it was time to see Mark (as Laura and I had already discussed) Mark somehow fit me in the very next day. I don't know if he worked me in during his lunch break or what, but he spent considerable time trying to figure out what was going on with my body. He and Laura had already talked about a best course of action to try to help me. At the end, Mark said he thought it was taken care of, but time would tell and he recommended I see Elena for a follow up Craniosacral session as he was not versed in that area and that was the last area to be considered given the flow of cerebral fluid and the path it was taking. The symptoms did return that evening, but at a much lower level. I saw Elena the following morning for the Craniosacral appointment. She and Mark had already talked as had Elena and Laura. Elena also mentioned that she and Lori had also talked about previous sessions we had had together regarding lymphatic drainage massage and how my body had responded, areas to be aware of, etc. I had been keeping each person in the loop as far as what had already transpired, but knowing they each were debriefing the other on my body's progress and where to take it from there was reassuring. Each explained to me what they were planning to do and why, eliciting input from me before proceeding. My body is not yet 100%, but I do know it takes about 72 hours after treatment for my body to settle back into routine. Today my jaw pain is much reduced and more intermittent. I finally (for the first time in a week) feel somewhat like my normal self. They each are very well skilled, and together their skill sets complement each other greatly. I have not yet been to see Cody, but have had the pleasure of seeing Suzanne who is also excellent. You will be in good hands at Back2Perfect. They truly care and do amazing work. They also help people dealing with the effects from cancer treatments and surgeries. I was going to bring my mom to see them for lymphatic massage and post cancer neuropathy, but sadly she passed away before being able to meet these amazing people. I was getting monthly facials at Spavia and although the experience was relaxing, I never noticed much of a difference in my skin. I have been experiencing what I thought was a pinched a nerve in my lower back or something going on so I made an appointment with Mark for the Myofascial Trigger massage - which isn't really a massage at all but rather a healing experience. I feel like it was his keen knowledge of how the body works by manipulating other parts of the body to heal the injured part... kind of like reflexology but different! My lower back feels so good today & I'm happy to say I am pain free.
