Asked if we had a picture of his paperwork, who carries that or has a picture? Then they called the Vet, whom is closed on Saturday. No one asked any of this when I called to make the appt. So we wasted a whole day waiting on this appt that was scheduled for 3 (also wrong services put in his chart). I will be finding somewhere else for my grooming. This review was meant for the Perry, Ga location. I do apologize to Dublin, I do hope your services are better.

I love bringing my dog here! They are so personable regardless of who is working the counter when I…read morego. They are very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I usually buy the locally made frozen dog food. I didn't take a photo of it but you can tell through the packaging it's all natural ingredients. Just a quick heat up in the microwave, then use it as a topper. My dog loves it and it's nice to give him a variety. They have natural ice cream that has probiotics and even my cat likes it. The dog food brands they have are carefully picked out - natural and truly grain free - so may be on the pricier side but at least you know they are quality products. They gave us some samples to see if my dog will eat it (he gets very excited over this new food). They also keep up with recalls. The customer service is great and this is what you get from independent, local shops. Support local!!

Came here by chance yesterday because I stopped at a nearby starbucks and noticed a tick on my puppy's paw. I have no experience, so I came here for help and everyone was so welcoming and offered assistance right away. A groomer got the tick off easily and they were not only happy to help, they were also so excited to see him. They didn't want any payment, so we tipped them and bought a few things to support the business. I wish we had more pet stores with service like this everywhere!

Walking in the bunnies were to one side, birds on the other. Reptiles and fish are toward the back. Plenty of supplies and great pricing on everything. We specifically were looking for a lion head but the store only had New Zealand and Lop rabbits available. Buuuut...one call to the breeder and 20 minutes later we have our lionhead. We were set up with everything we needed to care for our new bun bun right away and were even helped to the car. The store was clean and didn't stink (strange right?!) so that made us happy. The animals all look well taken care of and healthy. I have no doubt they treat the animals well. If you want cats and dogs go someplace else. If you want a knowledgeable staff to set you up with your unconventional pet, Mrs. Toad's is the place!!

It used to be what I thought a decent customer service and a well run business with the female…read moremanager. I think her name is Jessie, until recently this guy name Tyler took over the store or he claims and he took over ordering , and suddenly the service turned upside down to half a star really . His understanding of customer service is that he needs to absolutely challenge the customer at every turn , he makes it personal , when in my opinion customer service should never be personal it's just a business transaction that needs to be completed professionally. refused to give out his manager phone number , he refused to give out the business owner info to report a complaint , and refused to let me speak with the previous manager who still works there and his reasoning is that he's not comfortable with any of it . Will I hate to let you know that you are in the wrong business, if you are so uncomfortable of dealing and resolving customer issues, you really should not be working in a retail environment at all and if you're so stubborn to know that customer service is not about you or how you feel it's about listening and understanding your customer's concerns and then try to resolve the issue in a civilized way that's what makes a business a well run business , take your ego out of the equation, and it won't be that difficult to do . You have not done any of the above therefore, you should be fired , because you are not doing the business owner any favors and most certainly not your customers. And of course you will twist these words to suit your self and make you the hero . I will not w et shop at this store or recommend to anyone, and that's unfortunate.
