The pastries weren't heated, but I understand given how busy they were. The drinks caps felt pretty flimsy and weren't very tight, so the drinks spilled out while we were carrying them. Whenever I try a new coffee shop, I usually order a cold brew with oat milk since it's a great way to judge the coffee itself. The flavor was good, but I was a little disappointed with the drink. My medium cold brew was filled more than halfway with ice and only had a splash of oat milk, so it felt like there wasn't much coffee for the price. After recently visiting another shop that used coffee ice cubes to keep the drink cold without watering it down, this one fell a bit short by comparison. The atmosphere was pleasant, and I'd be open to trying another drink in the future, but I hope the cold brew offers more value next time.

When I pulled up I was confused. The exterior is just a very drab commercial building. I was thankfully surprised when I walked in to find a warm and welcoming space. The artwork and vintage finds were super rad (a lot of the pieces are for sale). All of staff I encountered were very friendly. Food: The breakfast burrito with kielbasa sausage was sooo good! My new top (non-Mexican) breakfast burrito. Large and pressed on a panini press, it was perfect. $9 was reasonable too. My friend had the Denali breakfast burrito and he raved about it ($13ish). The food was also the lack of that 5th star. The coffee was just ok. I had a cold brew with house-made toffee syrup. Not sure why Dynamo needs to reinvent the wheel by making their own syrup, it wasn't very good. It just had this non-descript sweet taste. Also had a piece of their apple cake. Even warmed up it was unbelievably dry. Later at home butter couldn't even redeem it.

The fact that this shop is located in the Rockrimmon area is a huge win, as there's nothing like it nearby. A great little spot for the neighborhood where it's located.
