It's was just ok. They talked my husband into a pour over. It took 3 people 20 minutes to make it and we just didn't have that sort of time. I would have rather gone to Starbucks where I know they have my favorite drinks. Staff was extremely friendly. read more

The food is sub par, I don't like the taste of microwaved sandwiches but that's just me. They could use a little more work on their coffee too. Community coffee is in my opinion not very good however they do have a locally owned coffee that is very good. Other than this, the best thing about First cup is is people. read more

Been there 3x and the same drink has never tasted the same way 2x...Im ok with it being different from what I expect at other spots, just as long as it's consistent. It's not. My go-to drink is cheaper than at Starbucks, so that's nice...but it's not as tasty. I'll stick to Starbucks for now. read more

I was looking for s coffee from somewhere other than Starbucks (which is just mediocre to me) and saw this cute place near the house so decided to try it. My husband and I both ordered a coffee and skinny egg white sandwiches. The total was about the same as Starbucks. We had to sit outside because it was a little crowded. It was nice except the dude at the table next to us kept blowing his cigarette smoke right in my direction. About 10 min after we ordered, our food arrived at the table...no coffee. Waited a few more minutes (while our sandwiches were getting cold) and still no coffee. Ended up eating all of our food with no coffee. After about 20 minutes I went inside and when the people behind the counter saw me they frantically started making our drinks. When they did come out, mine was all wrong - wrong size and flavor. Unfortunately, we won't go back. If I'm gonna pay $25 for 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches and I'm really desperate, I'll just go to Starbucks. read more

Cross Creek has been asking for a local coffeehouse for years, if only to have options outside of the normal dentist/nail salon/dry cleaner development. Well, First Cup is it! Great coffee and friendly customer service far outweigh any opening kinks in operations. Vote with your dollars, people, and let commercial developers know that quality stores and restaurants CAN succeed out here! read more

friendly service. tried their banana chocolate chip pastry and it was delish. so far I have ordered the black special roast, iced macchiato, mango smoothie and they all were delicious. feels good to support a local business that works hard and serves deliciousness only thing I don't really like is the egg they use in their breakfast sandwiches. read more

The Baja chicken soup is pretty good and it also came with tortilla chips too which was a great combo! I also got the mocha cream freeze which was perfect. I love to support local independent coffee shops, so I really wanted to give First Cup Cafe all of my latte business. Unfortunately, when you get a better value and better tasting product from Starbucks, it is super disappointing... I went in on a Sunday morning- there were 2 cars at the drive-thru and I was the only one at the counter. It took a couple of minutes for someone to acknowledge me, but they were pleasant. I ordered a small caramel macchiato w nonfat milk at 130 (warm). Small, 12 oz, cost over $4. Which I'm OK with if the service is great and drink is spot on. But after waiting 15 minutes, (yes, 15 minutes) the drink finally was done. But then more waiting because my warm beverage was really hot, not made as requested. Finally, when I took a sip, I was like "what is this??". It had a burnt coffee, aspartame-like flavor. Nothing like any caramel macchiato I've ever had! Gross. Really disappointed with the whole experience. Two stars for the space. Great seating area and cool private room. I will disclose that being I had to leave (as I was now running late), I did not take the drink back. read more

Not sure if off day, but took 35 minutes to get sandwich, 15 minutes after my friends was delivered. It was toast and meat, nothing else. The place was empty and not very clean, suggest couch be wiped down and tables checked for crumbs, etc. Live within walking distance, but this was 1st time here and was not impressed with service or food. The gentleman making the sandwiches was in the bathroom more than the kitchen, so this may have been the problem. read more

Coffee was barely warm for the second time. Very disappointed. Especially when you get it to go or through the drive-thru the expectation is for hot coffee. Saw some friends leaving and they said the coffee was not good. Need to step it up in such a nice area. read more

I went to get an iced coffee with my sister at first cup today, it was absolutely terrible, I asked for cream and sugar in both and they tasted completely bitter and disgusting that we could barely finish them, but forced ourselves to finish them so that we wouldn't waste our money on this coffee. You'd think if you held your nose and drank as quickly as you could it would be over faster, but nothing helped with the bitterness. This wasn't the first time I was let down by their coffee, and it'll be the last now that I'm never going back. Sorry first cup, but you seriously need to step up your game. read more
