Would give zero stars if possible. Purchased a groupon that was valid until Jan 7. Tried to go right after purchase but was too crowded to redeem without waiting an hour. Went back over the Christmas break and they refused to honor it until the students were back in school. I wanted to like this place.... and gave it two separate shots at gaining new customers. I purchased a groupon and planned to go with my boyfriend and another couple. We called ahead to ask a few questions about the BYOB policy. The girl on the phone was nice, and gave me the information I asked for. I then asked "can I reserve a lane?" She said "no, I'm sorry not today!" So then I asked if there was much of a wait time and again "no it's not too bad." We were already in our way there so it couldn't have been more than 10 minutes after calling that we arrived. It was 8pm, we walked into mass chaos! And we're greeted with a "sorry but there's a 4 hour wait"....... I asked why I was told it wasn't to bad over the phone and she simply shrugged her shoulders and said "IDK" and started to walk away. My response "well, it's 8pm and you close at midnight, so rather than tell me there's a 4 hour wait, why not just say "I'm sorry based on the crowd we wouldn't be able to accommodate you tonight." Needless to say, we left. This past Sunday the four of us tried to go AGAIN, we called around 10am and asked about reserving a lane, to which I was rudely greeted with "no, but you can try calling when you're coming to see what our wait time is like, but it's a rainy Sunday...!" We enjoyed our brunch and called anywhere from 15/20 times, and decided to just head over again. We walked in, and again.. chaos. The man at the front desk was helping another guest with a groupon, and rolling his eyes because the guy was having trouble pulling up his voucher... finally that was handled and it was our turn. "Hi how can I help you...", "Hi, I've been calling for the last two hours and no one has answered"... his response "yea, next time leave a message!" We called for two hours and now were being told to leave a message, however if you can't answer the phone, my guess is you're probably not checking voicemail! I asked if they take lane reservations and was told "no, it's bad for business and we make more money without." Yet Again we were told there was a little more than a 3 hour wait! We hung out for a bit, willing to give it a try, enjoyed some arcade games and the batting cages, until those stopped working. We went to the front desk to let them know, and we're told "I just saw you using it, there's nothing wrong with that machine!" ....well sir, yes there was! You've now lost customers who were excited to enjoy a new place, with a decent BYOB option. Poor management and rude staff won't get you the success you're hoping for. I'll be contacting groupon in hopes to get refunded for the experience that never happened. Consider taking reservations, as people don't have 3 and 4 hours to waste nowadays. I understand you think you might make more money in arcade games, batting cages and laser mazes while people wait, but I'm sure the fair share of others will walk out and find something better, because we sure did! We celebrated my son's 8th Birthday here and it was an absolute success. The staff was very professional and courteous. Everyone that works there is very attentive and friendly. The way they set up the Birthday Party events were quite organized and both kids and parents had a blast. The food is amazing, fresh wraps, fries and drinks. We were there today to celebrate one of my son's classmate's birthday. Everything was going fine and I was actually contemplating having my son's birthday here. One of our friends daughter won a little ball at one of those claw games and it was $5.00 where you win no matter what. It was a bowling party so it was timed for a hour. Things were still going ok. But then the kids were being moved to the game room. I didn't think anything of it until i saw they had 7 minutes left. I felt that was rather rude but shrugged it off. The waiters were racing to get all the food and stuff cleaned up presumably for the next party. Apparently my friends little girl left her prize there... like all the jackets and personal items were. She gets back there and it's gone. OK i get it, anything could have happened to it and she should have kept a closer eye on it. Anyway, we went to the front to see if they could just get her another one. Its a rubber ball... what is that 99 cents? The "manager" there Breanna was very cold and told me there is nothing she can do. Yeah I understand it's not clear whether this is their fault or not but for the cost of a 99 cent ball she could've just let me have it to make a little girl happy. You know i would have taken an answer that had some compassion and a little sticker or something. In an establishment that caters to children that gesture would have went a long way. I was looking for Stephanie however she was busy attending to something else. Thankfully I found someone that was willing to help and I was able to get the ball back. The 1 star rating is not necessarily for poor service or anything like that but moreover for the reaction and poor engagement and judgement when weighing out the unwillingness to take on a 99 cent liability versus customer satisfaction which actually costs the company about what a few hundred dollars for a kids party that i now don't want to have. Actually its more because others in the group also don't want to have a party there. Anyway if you want to be treated like cattle going in and out then this is the right place to go. 5 stars if that's the case. read more

Horrible!! I only gave 1 Star because I cannot give a negative. The place is clearly run by teenagers. Staff was rude, everytime I asked for assistance they were too busy talking to each other to help their customers. We arrived at 4pm and they didn't call our name to bowl until almost 8pm. Their byob policy is that you bring your own but each member of your party must show proof they that bought food from there in order to get your beer or wine. If I knew it would take as long as it did to get to go bowling I wouldn't have came .I bought a coupon on groupon $61 Not bad for 6 bowlers but the wait was 2.5 hours long so I ended up spending $50 on food and another $60 on games trying to keep the kids occupied until it was our time to bowl....There was some bonuses while bowling like my 5 yo when it was his time to bowl the bumpers would come up and you could pick different games... had to spend much more money then needed read more

Went there for the first time yesterday for my nephew's birthday party. The space was very nice, but what absolutely impressed me was the staff. Everyone I encountered was beyond friendly, attentive, and helpful. They helped decorate for the party, kept restocking the food, and dealt with 18 children in such a professional manner! Excellent location. I just had my daughter's 13th birthday party and it was very clean and safe. The staff was excellent and very professional and accommodating. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. DarbiAnne, the manager was a pleasure to work with and was always available for any questions I may have had. Clean and fun place! It's byob and priced right. Their arcade is fun and classic games. The bowling area has huge projector screens and the each has an iPad. You can add your email to get your score and you can choose a different theme for your game. From Christmas to ninja and much more. They had more options but that's all I checked on the tablet. The only thing is they are charging $10 extra a weekend price because it's holiday week because everyone is home which I don't think it's right. Overall it's a great fairly new spot I recommend it. They charge per hour and not per game so if you are 2 or 3 people you can play 2 to 3 bowling rounds easily. However, I wish they had more bowling lines like most other places because they are going to be busy most of the time and the wait is going to be long . I wish them much success and see you soon! Way too expensive, a family of four is looking at $60 just to bowl an hour on the weekends. $5 shoe rental for Kids and adults is crazy. The food was ehhh. Laser Maze, yet again expensive for a very short experience. The arcade was decent. We didn't do batting cages but how could we when we were already well over $150 in a matter of an hour and half for something that was no different or special then any other bowling Alley? This place could use a lot of work. The arcade advertises prizes from playing, but there is absolutely no way to get any. The food is typical bowling alley food for 5 dollars more than the usual bowling alley. Prices are outrageous as 1 hour in a lane is 40$ per person. The website advised lower prices at different hours but after driving all the way out here my party found this was no where near the case. The cashier handed us a flier that was different from the one on the website pretending it was our fault. Yet, there is clearly no mention of this on the website because this part of the flier was cut off. The place has confusing themes and only has two actual batting cages for baseball set at one speed. It does not surprise me that they had no parties in any of their party rooms and no one looked like they were really having fun. What a disappointing and expensive place! read more

Went here with my wife after a dinner out, only did the batting cages and the arcade and it was pretty cool. The bowling alley looks like it could be a fun night out with friends or for a party, large screen tv's over the alleys, and looks to be a comfortable place to have a night out. The arcade was fun, some classics but some new games that make the night enjoyable. The batting cages where clean and easy to use. We didn't try the food or the drinks but look forward to coming back to try all of their great stuff out. I wish I could rate this place 0 starsss...I was there today Sat Jan 5 with torrential downpours in the NJ area.... I celebrated my sons 20th bday... I figured get a few family n friends and let them have a good time. Unfortunately due to terrible weather circumstances.... many didnt show up or ran very late. The party hostess Sophia was amazing making sure we had everything.... Of course when it was time to pay I asked if there was any consideration for the weather and I didnt see why I should pay an extra 200 dollars for ppl that didnt show up.... The bowling lanes were quite nice - big projection tvs with sports games, fun tech features, couches. The batting cages were fun, with a big selection of speeds and pitch types. While this place is very cool and the games are fun, the wait for bowling was crazy when we went on a Saturday at 4. We were told that our wait would be about an hour, so we put down my name and played some games. When an hour was up, I went to check to see how much longer. I was told it would be another hour. When I explained that's what they said in the beginning, they told me that people extended their bowling. We couldn't wait around for another hour (there were 4 kids in our group ranking from 5 to 21 months). We had to leave with 4 crying children. Humdingers needs to get their wait times more accurate. Even though we told them we were leaving, I later got a text message on my phone saying to head to the front desk. That was 2 hours and 15 minutes after I check in. There has to be a better way to estimate accurate wait times. Needless to say, I will not be coming back for a very long time, if at all. read more

I used a Groupon, so I got a good deal on the price, but I would come back again even if I didn't have a Groupon. The hosts that helped with our party were readily available to assist with card malfunctions, gathering the children together and keeping things moving. The only reason I didn't give the place a 5 was because I would have preferred all of the arcade games in one centralized area.
