We not only love the food but love the employees. They get our order right every time (I think they forgot something one time and they made it right by driving it to us at our house, immediately-so kind to do that!). They often throw in freebies (egg rolls etc) if we place large orders. We've ordered the same things most times ever gone, so they know our order when we get in the phone with them..and when we've picked up and forgotten to order a side of sweet and sour sauce, they'll remind us-which is extremely appreciated. It's always a great atmosphere to walk into. We're always greeted like we're friends, and it feels good walking into a place where they recognize you and ask how your family is doing. We'll forever go here because of their food and customer service.
