Usually love...but they need to change there oil everything was so burnt/over cooked! It was BAD!

I was a little nervous based on other reviews, but pleasantly surprised with our order! We had a gift card for Uber Eats and this was the only Chinese food restaurant open that delivered through their service, so we took a chance. The food was tasty and very generous portions. The hibachi was a little sweet for my taste, but thankfully the veggie dish was saltier so we ended up mixing them together. My husband said his General Tso's chicken was decent. The dumplings were good, but pretty standard of what you'd get elsewhere. I will say our Uber driver was waiting for our order at the restaurant for a long time and said they were "moving slowly." Are you going to find gourmet Chinese food in Valdosta, Georgia? Unlikely. (I know, I know, I sound like a snob.) As I told T, if you order something basic there's a chance it could be good. And in this instance, my prediction was right. Getting takeout to eat in our hotel room, we chose something light: wonton soup and house special chow mein prepared in white sauce. And y'know ... our food was really good. I'd say a smidgen less than four stars. Wontons were nicely filled and not overly doughy. The broth was flavorful. Chow mein had a good assortment of vegetables and a generous mix of shrimp, pork, and other proteins. See for yourself! read more

After reading the reviews, we weren't expecting a 5-star restaurant but we've eaten Chinese take out from small restaurants such as this for years and we were willing to give it a try. We were disappointed to see that the buffet was not set up as the pictures showed. But the reason we took a menu and walked out was the smell. It smelled like a sour sewage drain. Perhaps the food would have been delicious but we didn't stock around long enough to find out. Absolutely the worst Chinese food I've ever had. Walked in and they had tables set up in the middle of the room to keep people away from the register. It took about 20 minutes to get the food. We honestly couldn't tell the difference between the General Tso and the Sesame chicken. Almost every bite was just batter. The rice tasted old and the peas in it were hard. The crab Rangoon was alright but everything else was inedible. Seriously the worst food I've ever had. I can't express it enough. read more

Good value for the cost and the food was ready in a very short time. It was hot and fresh, the chicken wings were decent.

If ambiance is not your thing then you're good. The place is kinda dumpy. It seems like the kids work there so the service is not great. But I'll tell you...the food here is on point. The portions are huge and the food is really good. I'd recommend the dumpling or hot and sour soup. The Singapore noodles are awesome. I love the chicken and veggies. The best deal in the house is the boneless ribs. There's so many and they are amazing. Give it a chance. It's better than most Chinese in town. read more

After making the terrible decision to travel on Christmas day, we were very hungry arriving in Valdosta only to find almost everything closed. While delivery was available, it was close and so we just ordered to go online. We had the crab rangoon, the spicy chicken and the chicken lo mein. Ordered lo mein, fried rice and spring rolls. Some of the best spring rolls ever. The noodles reminded me of a high end restaurant with grill taste and tons of meat. The fried rice was also loaded with beef. Happy surprise we will be back. read more

Ridiculous. Delivery had taken almost two hours. They dodged my calls when I started calling and expressing frustration. I blocked my number and they answered stating that they had no idea where driver was and didn't have an eta. The delivery man was very apologetic, but the staff answering the phone didn't seem to give a heck. Unfortunately, will not be returning. read more

But when I place a delivery, im always rushed or pushed into ordering quickly. your customer service is crap! the guy picking up the phone can barley speak English and he sounds like he hardly understands it... plus, hes was kind of a jerk bc I wasnt ordering fast enough. This is one of the halfway decent chinese places in town, unfortunately if you order through a service such as doordash and there is an error all you can get is a refund and you are stuck with the wrong order or you have to drive across town to pick up a replacement and worse yet, you can have it delivered if you meet the minimum order amount and pay for high delivery service. This has happened more than once. I will not be a customer of this restaurant anymore. read more

Tried this place for the first time today and won't be back. Yes the price is right and you get large portions but the flavor leaves much to be desired. The crab rangoon has no crab at all just a bunch of cream cheese. The eggrolls were the best thing I had. The General Tso's chicken was edible but the fried rice was sticky and not very good at all. Since my last review I have been here once this time I ordered delivery. They overcharged me for three items. I order them all in pints but got charged for quarts. It would have been ok if I had gotten the bigger size but no I got the smaller one. When I ordered the shrimp egg rolls they had MAX of 2 tiny shrimp in them. I hate to give this restaurant even one star. After a 9 hour drive, we were looking for a nice meal delivered to our hotel room. It started out badly when I called to order and was told to hold. I could hear her talking to her co-worker while I waited and waited. Finally I was able to place my order and I explained that we needed plates and silverware because we are in a hotel room. She assured me that they always send those with a delivery. When the food came, there were plastic spoons & forks, but no plates. We ordered Mongolian Beef and asked for it to be made spicy. It had absolutely no spice to it and was 95% onions with a few pieces of beef thrown in. The hot and sour soup was also very bland. This was the worst Chinese food I've ever had. read more

Upon returning from Cali I was craving Asian cuisine. I decided to check out this restaurant and order takeout. Unfortunately, this restaurant has more negatives aspects than positives. Lets start with the positive: they were very generous with the portions and the food was cheap. Now to the negative: I ordered the Schezuan beef combination meal and vegetable lo mein. Everything had way too much salt. Since the food is usually cooked with soy sauce, there is no need to add so much sodium. Next, I noticed that the vegetable lo mein only had broccoli and Chinese cabbage. I was disappointed in the lack of veggies; atleast put in a bit of carrots and bean sprouts. I found a shriveled bamboo shoot, but it must have fallen in by accident because I didn't find any more. Lastly, the quality was not very good. I was a bit surprised since takeout is usually better than buffet. In this case it would have been better for me to get a buffet togo elsewhere. I can't recommend a place I can barely stomach. While the food was good, I am still in total disbelief of the experience. The woman who took my order did not speak a word of English. She didn't even understand her own menu. She called someone on the phone to translate what I wanted. They refused to serve me water, stating that all they had were sodas for sale. I had to go out to my car to get my bottle of water. I was served on a styrofoam plate with a plastic fork. I wasn't even offered a napkin. I had to pull a tissue out of my purse. I felt like I just ordered from a street vendor in a 3rd world country. These people obviously have no desire to own a restaurant. The nice pictures of the place are VERY old. It is dirty and run down. I would never go back. read more

I ordered from this service tonight, and I am ashamed of even having to give it one star. We were overcharged for food that we never received, and service is terrible. After calling her to explain that we had not received an entree and a dessert, she claimed that I never ordered it. I repeatedly pointed out that one chicken entree and a side dish does not cost almost $20. She then started making up numbers and fees which were not mentioned before (unfortunately, we did not ensure that we received a receipt), and hung up. My husband called back twice, asking either for the food that we did not receive or for our money back and again she hung up both times. We finally decided to give up and just eat what arrived. However, the General Tso's chicken looked like a cold mutilated blob of mess, and the fries were soggy and burnt. read more
