It's decent, though it tastes like it may use powdered flavors. Stone Pho is a relatively new establishment, with the typical no-frills table setup of a Vietnamese restaurant plus a little extra modernization on the walls. Their menu isn't super big either - which also can be a good thing if the quality of each dish is better as a result. Oh boy, they didn't disappoint at all. The Stone Pho Special was everything I wanted it to be and more - the broth was incredibly flavorful, even without hoisin sauce, the meats were all great quality, and who doesn't like a short rib in the bowl? It was incredible to say the least - and I can't recommend this place enough. I'll happily be coming back the next time I'm in Valdosta.
