Ordered delivery. Driver came on time and they also offered free two liter soda. However the food was not tasty at all; very bland. The egg rolls were not fresh but frozen. I would take them long to put a pork filling in a fresh won ton and fry it fresh! The crab Rangoon as well, not fresh. The cold sesame noodles were bland. Please use different recipe: need peanut butter, soy sauce, ginger, brown butter and worcestershire sauce. I don't know what that was but it did not taste good! We did like the chicken moo shoo dish but that was all. It's so hard to find good Chinese restaurants that deliver. I wish they would use fresh ingredients like they do at PF Chang's they would so much more business. It's not about the quantity but the quality. read more

Just ordered a takeout meal, had a long black hair in my egg roll. Eww. Lo Mein was over cooked and had no flavor, not to mention the minuscule sized pieces of broccoli. I was loyal to this Chinese place due to convenience until I heard about Ming lok. The lady who answers the phone is very rude and the food is bland bland bland! Delivery was always late. Had one awful chicken and broccoli mishap. I called and order chicken and brown sauce . Was delivered chicken and broccoli.. Called back to see if they could bring me my order. Was screamed at by the lady there for a good 10 minute before she finally said she was sending my food out. She also made me pay the difference of the two meals even though it was her mistake. She also told me to give the chicken and broccoli BACK to the driver. So who know if they reserved it or not. EW. Needless to say, I will bring my business elsewhere. read more

On more than one occasion they've forgotten my pizza rolls! The first time a friend was picking up and didn't notice til he got to my apartment and the second time they'd stapled the bag shut and for some reason I didn't think to check. So just make sure you have all your food before you get home! Otherwise, they're great. read more

After placing an order through Grubhub I get a call from a woman at the restaurant saying that they don't deliver to my house since I live 10 miles away and it would take over 15 minutes to just reach my house. I informed her that they've delivered to me multiple times in the past, I was actually only 3.2 miles away and it would take 8 minutes even with traffic. After insisting that I now lived 15 miles away the woman told me that the reason they wouldn't deliver was because they had one deliveryman on staff. Hearing this I asked if the only reason they wouldn't deliver was because they didn't feel like giving the deliveryman the order, the woman replied that was the reason and then proceeded to ask me if I could just instead pick the food up. She then let me know that next time I would be able to have things delivered when they have more people staffed. I assured her that there wouldn't be a next time, to which she replied "Yeah" then hung up on me. This is one of the most unprofessional people I've ever encountered. They've officially lost my business from their subpar food. Their best feature was that it was so cheap. Nothing special about their food. I wish that you could rate no stars. I'll know better next time that I should just go hungry rather order from this establishment. read more

Most of their food is mediocre, but the last two times I got food there I noticed their shrimp isn't deveined or at best isn't properly deveined. If you are not sure what that means, to put it simply there was feces in my food and I am a bit ticked off and can't help but wonder if it was like that the few other times I ate their food and didn't notice. Utterly disgusting. Ordered beef with broccoli and it came to us as a gelatinous muck of slushy sauce, no beef, and soggy broccoli. The steamed dumplings were nothing more than big balls of dough with a slop of pork something that was nauseating to eat. The egg rolls tasted old and the oil they were cooked in must be old. Service was awful. Placed an order for pick up, went to pay with my card but their card reader wasn't working so it said declined but I still got charged the $14.95 worth of food I ordered. I argued for about 10 minutes and the lady refused to give me my money back or my food. I was very angry, will never be going back here. read more

If I could give less I would. Worst experience we have had with customer service in a very long time. As a business owner myself, I am left utterly in shock. We called to place an order for take-out on a snowy night craving Chinese, to which the boy on the phone said he delivered to our town (6 minutes from the restaurant). He calls me back 30-40 minutes later to tell me that they do not deliver to my town. My husband, not wanting to waste the food, or be charged for it for their mistake (I had already provided card info), reluctantly went to pick it up. No apology was made and no reason for not delivering was given. So, my husband goes to pick up the food and sees 5-6 people waiting, one who told him he had been waiting an hour for his food and it still was not ready. Our food was not ready either when my husband went to pick it up, it had been an hour since we had called. Also, another customer had to go OUTSIDE and get their 2-year-old son/grandson who had wandered into the street WITHOUT any supervision. Their little boy literally could have been killed on 322!!! The customer became very angry and said they would call the cops if it happened again. This would be the only sorry my husband overheard all night, when the threat of calling the cops was made. My husband gets home and I realize they forgot his main course, general tso's chicken. We call again, no apology, no delivery, my husband once again has to drive back to the restaurant. He gets there and again no apology, no attempt to remedy the situation, and they had forgotten to even make it to begin with. After all was settled, we ate, the food was plainly put, terrible. Bland, tasteless, burnt. Three out of seven items were burnt. No eggs in the fried rice and my vegetable lo mein was the worst. This was the only bad lo mein I have ever had in my entire life! The noodles tasted like garbage. I don't even know how you mess that up! Also, the menu they put in our take-out bag literally stated they delivered to our town and that we were supposed to have gotten a two liter for free with our order or over $25. They literally lied to me, I would have been fine if they had just told me the truth, short staffed, it's snowing, whatever, stuff happens. Allow me the choice to order from someone else, though. I would have called elsewhere if he had told me they didn't deliver. Overall: short staffed on a Friday night, terrible food, terrible service. Try the Chinese place three streets up by Smash Burger. The Tokyo Mandarin group is a bit more pricey, but you get what you pay for and their service is great. If I could give -5 stars I would, I simply cannot believe they have been in business for this long and still are after my experience. read more

The only thing I actually like or even order is their honey chicken. I haven't had honey chicken like that ever and it's hard to find breaded chicken with yummy honey sauce poured all over. I never had a traumatically bad meal from here but it is also not what I would consider good Chinese food. The Sesame Chicken was dry and chewy. It appeared to have been and old batch that they reheated for us. The steamed dumplings had a crazy amount of dough compared to the filling. We had to cut off dough in order to eat them. I am not sure if we will be ordering from there again. The problem is we haven't found any good Chinese places near us. read more
