There is an attendant on site who actually does some scrubbing with a brush and handle which is an upgrade from your typical wash. 3 tiers of washes, $15, $20, and $25 or you can subscribe monthly for unlimited washes, and once you do two washes it essentially pays for itself so go weekly or whenever you need it and it's worth it. Interior vacuums aren't free. Air dryers aren't the best so bring a towel and spend 5 minutes outside touching up, I did the monthly subscription, best bang for the buck and fits all my needs, plus I'm very close so not a hassle to drive there.

Overall my car was due for a deep clean and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was when I picked it up. It took approximately 2 hours on a weekend to do my interior. Keep in mind that your car will be on as they use your car to help steam the inside. They completely cleaned my interior and even put new floor mats to keep my carpet from getting dirty. The only part that was a little stressful for me was finding them as they are located in the hotel parking lot but that isn't enough to dock a star from this review.

I was SOOOO HAPPY AND excited to finally do something like this for myself and have a nice clean car, until I tried to use my Defrosters and heater and nothing is working, radio buttons make the heater turn on and off now, none of my radio or heater buttons do anything they are suppose to. I immediately try to troubleshoot and when I realize it's no good I message back Alex and let them know immediately, asking if this is normal. No reply yet , but I hope they will understand paying 450 for my car to be cleaned and it come out damaged even if it is older is not what a 5 star detailing services would do. Hopefully they will issue a partial refund so I can now go pay to fix my electronics . I will recording my cars now in the condition before and after any car service to a sound this in the future . Great detailing but there were multiple soaking wet surfaces where they just soaked it in cleaner with little care about how it seeps into the electric components. It's ridiculously slow, this morning, at approximately $1.00 of unleaded per minute and a half. When I have asked about it previously, the clerk said to stop the flow, wait a second, then start it again. I tried that this morning, it did not work. I have never in my entire life experienced this anywhere else at any other gas station but it has happened several times here. This is additionally inappropriate considering we're an island running on the ferry's schedule, no one has time for this! Hugely frustrating.
