I'm into cars for…read moretheir function so was sort of skeptical about the whole thing but wanted to absolve myself of the burden I bear as an outdoor cat who regularly brings the outdoors in, my preference for drinking out of a coffee mug rather than a proper travel cup, and my weakness for peanuts of all types (the spicy ones on the ferry, CBs, etc). What I did: went for a walk in Manzanita Park and had a glass of wine at Eleven. What they did: somehow some way in about 100 minutes flat transformed our car into a space where I'm considering a no-shoe policy :) But really, those nooks and crannies that somehow gather dirt but seem impenetrable to cleaning? Sparkly. The mats that have stored up seasons of soccer turf and pine needles (and peanuts)? Not a speck on them. When I returned from my fun field trip, I think they said verbatim: "Almost done...just have a couple sap marks I'm working on." Who notices things like that? They do I don't have any other car detailing experiences to compare this to, and come to think of it, I never will. I'm pretty much ride or die for The Rogers Garage at this point. We're going to make this a holiday tradition. You should, too.

I was SOOOO HAPPY AND excited to finally do something like this for myself and have a nice clean car, until I tried to use my Defrosters and heater and nothing is working, radio buttons make the heater turn on and off now, none of my radio or heater buttons do anything they are suppose to. I immediately try to troubleshoot and when I realize it's no good I message back Alex and let them know immediately, asking if this is normal. No reply yet , but I hope they will understand paying 450 for my car to be cleaned and it come out damaged even if it is older is not what a 5 star detailing services would do. Hopefully they will issue a partial refund so I can now go pay to fix my electronics . I will recording my cars now in the condition before and after any car service to a sound this in the future . Great detailing but there were multiple soaking wet surfaces where they just soaked it in cleaner with little care about how it seeps into the electric components. Update: will be going back in in Friday to have them completely dry out the interior and hopefully fully dry behind the button panels! Thank you guys for caring!

There is an attendant on site who actually does some scrubbing with a brush and handle which is an upgrade from your typical wash. 3 tiers of washes, $15, $20, and $25 or you can subscribe monthly for unlimited washes, and once you do two washes it essentially pays for itself so go weekly or whenever you need it and it's worth it. Interior vacuums aren't free. Air dryers aren't the best so bring a towel and spend 5 minutes outside touching up, I did the monthly subscription, best bang for the buck and fits all my needs, plus I'm very close so not a hassle to drive there.

I had a bad experience with another detailer, Madison Detail, and left feeling ripped off. Seattle Detail and tint, however, was on the other end of the spectrum. They have a very professional setup and excellent customer service. I was more than satisfied when I inspected my car, it seemed like they paid extreme attention to detail when washing it. Shout out to Craver for answering all my questions and giving me a 5 star experience. My paint felt smooth and silky to the touch, and they even removed the sticky residue from my interior windshield, which I had just casually mentioned during the initial consult. They told me I could use rubbing alcohol, but I didn't have time to clean it, and to my surprise, that residue was completely gone. The price is pretty reasonable. I did a wash, clay bar, polish and wax and they vacuumed my interior and dressed my tires all for $249. I'm now a lifetime customer and will recommend this place to all my friends and family.
