What I did: went for a walk in Manzanita Park and had a glass of wine at Eleven. What they did: somehow some way in about 100 minutes flat transformed our car into a space where I'm considering a no-shoe policy :) But really, those nooks and crannies that somehow gather dirt but seem impenetrable to cleaning? Sparkly. The mats that have stored up seasons of soccer turf and pine needles (and peanuts)? Not a speck on them. When I returned from my fun field trip, I think they said verbatim: "Almost done...just have a couple sap marks I'm working on." Who notices things like that? They do I don't have any other car detailing experiences to compare this to, and come to think of it, I never will. I'm pretty much ride or die for The Rogers Garage at this point. We're going to make this a holiday tradition. You should, too.

His rate was also very reasonable by my standards, especially since I didn't have to bring my car anywhere and wait for it to be done, I got to stay in the comfort of my own home. Jeff was incredibly fast to respond and even came out to our house for a inspection, which was huge! I wasn't able to get him photos ahead of time, but he understood the urgency and he offered to send his team to take a look in person, all within 24 hours. When I asked for a ballpark estimate, he didn't just throw out a number, he gave a super detailed breakdown of options from basic detailing all the way up to a full mold remediation overhaul. What really stood out to me was the transparency: after inspecting the car, he told me the issue wasn't as severe as I feared and recommended a less invasive service at lower cost that made sense for our situation. No upselling, zero pressure: just a realistic assessment of what the car actually needed. From the assessment to completion, the entire process truly felt like white-glove service. During the cleaning, they checked in periodically and gave updates. They were thoughtful about setting expectations around stains that might not come out completely, and they clearly took a lot of pride in their work. Our car is older (2008) and mostly used for outdoor activities, so I was surprised they even bothered to eradicate some stains--and the effort absolutely showed. So I came in for a interior detailing for my 2010 Cadillac CTS , baby on her last legs, but…read moreeverything electrical and engine wise worked great, my heater and ac worked , my radio had no problems , I came to pick up my car and they had already left for a mobile cleaning so I paid my invoice got my keys from the lock box and opened my car to a BEAUTIFULLY SPOTLESS car I ain't ever seen it look this good. I was SOOOO HAPPY AND excited to finally do something like this for myself and have a nice clean car, until I tried to use my Defrosters and heater and nothing is working, radio buttons make the heater turn on and off now, none of my radio or heater buttons do anything they are suppose to. I immediately try to troubleshoot and when I realize it's no good I message back Alex and let them know immediately, asking if this is normal. No reply yet , but I hope they will understand paying 450 for my car to be cleaned and it come out damaged even if it is older is not what a 5 star detailing services would do. Hopefully they will issue a partial refund so I can now go pay to fix my electronics . I will recording my cars now in the condition before and after any car service to a sound this in the future . Great detailing but there were multiple soaking wet surfaces where they just soaked it in cleaner with little care about how it seeps into the electric components. Express machine car wash with different tier packages and located closest to downtown Bainbridge…read more It is attached to the Blue Canary auto shop. There is an attendant on site who actually does some scrubbing with a brush and handle which is an upgrade from your typical wash. 3 tiers of washes, $15, $20, and $25 or you can subscribe monthly for unlimited washes, and once you do two washes it essentially pays for itself so go weekly or whenever you need it and it's worth it. Interior vacuums aren't free. Air dryers aren't the best so bring a towel and spend 5 minutes outside touching up, I did the monthly subscription, best bang for the buck and fits all my needs, plus I'm very close so not a hassle to drive there.

Also simultaneously my friend dropped off her 34-year-old sports car convertible Collectible for a presale beautification inside and out.
