Love, love, love these guys--they are in and out before you even know it. They work all hours and normally drop off a container before anyone gets in to work. Careful and within the limits of the law, they place the containers well. Drivers and staff are courteous and sharp. They know their stuff, very impressive performance. The costs are reasonable too. We just met the driver of truck #8 and this guy is awesome! He's personable with a 'can do' approach, and OMG can he position a dumpster container EXACTLY where you both agreed it should be placed. Having to maneuver between parked cars and before working his magic, he made sure we were OK with it's positioning, and because we have a fairly new driveway with decorative borders, he made certain to put cement protection boards under the feet of the dumpster and kept the dumpster totally off the borders. Awesome locally owned business! I rented a container for roofing my house in Bothell. I was offered a cold soda the day I went into the office (on one of the hottest days we've had this year). The office staff was very friendly and the process was simple. The container was delivered and picked up in a timely manner. The diver even swept up MY mess from around the area the container sat. This is a review of the company's citizenship and not the services that they offer. Over a week ago I had a surprise encounter on I-405 with a piece of plywood that flew off of a Hungry Buzzard truck & hit the front end of my car before sliding over the hood and onto the side of the right hand lane. I followed the truck and tried to get the attention of the driver but wasn't successful. I took the license number, truck number and the phone number and an hour later called both Highway Patrol and Hungry Buzzard to report the incident. The person that I talked to was polite and certainly considerate of the fact that this could have turned into a nasty accident. After a day of waiting for Hungry Buzzard's "investigation" I was told that the company could not accept responsibility for this incident as they only had my eyewitness story (apparently some people have filed frivolous claims in the past). I can certainly understand the company's hesitation but they could have easily worked with my insurance to see what kind of a driver I am, check my records , ... etc. Anyway my own insurance is going to cover this but I am stuck with my deductible, taking time away from work to have the car repaired and having a claim added against my insurance. I strongly believe Hungry Buzzard should have owned up to its mistake and taken care of this. read more

This is another review of the company's citizenship, as well as the services that they offer. The owner is not a good steward of the community and does not keep his word. I am the next door neighbor to a previous Hungry Buzzard customer. In late June of 2017 my neighbor employed their services to remove concrete from a driveway they were replacing. The driveway cracked under the weight of the dumpster and caused a variant grade that was a barrier to removing the dumpster. In Hungry Buzzards' attempt to extract the dumpster, the truck driver backed over my fence, dislodging two posts including a post for our gate to our driveway. I learned of the accident from my neighbor that evening who informed me that Mike, presumably the owner, was going to stop by on July 5th, after the holiday weekend to asses the damage and fix the fence. By July 11th, I had not heard from Mike. My neighbor gave me Mike's number to work out a solution to fix my gate. On July 18th, Mike and I finally spoke to talk about fixing it and he said that he had the ability to fix the gate, was super busy and wasn't quite sure when he could get around to it. He also took the stance that my neighbor was partially to blame as it was his driveway cracking that caused the issue. I informed him I obtained my own quote from a reputable fence builder/contractor that it would be $590 to properly fix the fence and gate, which I emailed to him that day. He said that it should only cost about half that and asked for the estimate, which I emailed him. We argued the intricacies of fence design and cost over the telephone. Mike promised again to come out and take a look. After again, Mike took no action, he and I came to a verbal agreement in August that he would pay $390 of the $590 to have the fence fixed, as my neighbor had now generously offered to chip in the remaining $200 to prevent any hard feelings between us about this issue. Mike or Hungry Buzzard haven't sent a check or responded since. Since 09/23/17, I have since called Mike and his staff at 4254899235 no less than 4 times and left messages with his staff and sent him 4 emails (to michael@hungrybuzzard.com) and he continues to be unresponsive. He is either not true to his word (ignoring his staff who pass him my messages) and unwilling or not capable of resolving this issue. Buyer beware. I didn't just sign up for Yelp to write a bad review here, I also write good reviews for good businesses. read more
