Food is excellent! The brisket sandwich had a generous portion of meat and the Mac and cheese is amazing!

I won't be returning. The issue isn't the food--the kitchen actually does a good job, and the meals taste great. The problem is the incredibly poor pacing and completely absent service. Both times I've visited, the staff forgot to bring out the complimentary bread until our main entrees were already served. On my last visit, my side salad arrived at the exact same time as my steak. To top it off, our waiter completely disappeared after taking our order. We were never checked on, and we couldn't get drink refills because our server was nowhere to be found. Getting your bread and salad at the same time as a hot steak--while staring at empty drink glasses--completely ruins the flow of a meal. I could understand if the restaurant was slammed during a rush hour, but this happened during slower, off-peak times. It's disappointing because the food quality is still there, but sitting at an empty table being ignored by the staff makes for a highly frustrating dining experience

From the start, it was like Eric and Courtney invited us into their home and offered us fresh BBQ from the grill. We tried the sliders and all the varieties they offer. They were fantastic, flavorful, and delicious--perfectly prepared. The dining area is all outdoors but covered with many umbrellas. It was late in the afternoon and a little slow, so the owners, Eric and Courtney, were available to sit and have a nice conversation with them and their friend. Again, it was like being at a friend's house for a summer barbecue. We are looking forward to our new home and to continuing to enjoy this excellent and "Soul Good" dining experience. Next time, I'll take photos.

You can taste the love in every bite... savory, juicy, and really hit the spot The whole vibe is super chill too. Outdoor seating, good energy, and smooth R&B playing perfect spot to bring your family and just enjoy the moment. But what really stood out to me... I watched him walk food over to someone in need without hesitation. That alone told me everything about his heart. Real people, real love, real food. Chef Rocc definitely put his foot in that cooking no question Definitely coming back !!!!

While passing through Visalia we found this place. There aren't many places like this where we live…read moreso we thought we'd give it a try. Entered in to a very open and clean seating area. There is both indoor and outdoor seating options. Inside they are picnic table style with bench seating and long tables or counter seating near the windows. Outdoors was set up with table and chair patio style seating. Immediately greeted by a friendly employee and after we mentioned it was our first time there she gave us a thorough overview of how it works. One thing we really liked was the customer has the option to select their "signature" dogs or you can create your own using all the toppings they have available via a slip of paper. You just check the boxes of what you want on your all beef hot dog (1/4 lb.), a polish sausage or bratwurst. I discovered afterwards they also offer "mini" dogs, which I should have gotten because they are quite large and my eyes were bigger than my stomach after I ordered a hot dog and a homemade corndog. My daughter got a polish dog and a homemade cheese dog (like a corn dog but using cheese instead of a hot dog). I got tater tots as a side and my daughter the homemade potato chips. All the food was tasty and we'd get them all again, though as I mentioned above I'd probably go "mini" on one or both because together there was just too much food for me. If we go through Visalia again, we'll definitely return.
