I've given this Texas Roadhouse location two chances recently, and unfortunately, the service has really fallen off compared to what it used to be. I won't be returning. ​The issue isn't the food--the kitchen actually does a good job, and the meals taste great. The problem is the incredibly poor pacing and completely absent service. Both times I've visited, the staff forgot to bring out the complimentary bread until our main entrees were already served. On my last visit, my side salad arrived at the exact same time as my steak. ​To top it off, our waiter completely disappeared after taking our order. We were never checked on, and we couldn't get drink refills because our server was nowhere to be found. ​Getting your bread and salad at the same time as a hot steak--while staring at empty drink glasses--completely ruins the flow of a meal. I could understand if the restaurant was slammed during a rush hour, but this happened during slower, off-peak times. ​It's disappointing because the food quality is still there, but sitting at an empty table being ignored by the staff makes for a highly frustrating dining experience read more

I typically don't leave reviews for chain restaurants, but we are TRH fans and this location is new, and we live two hours away. We're in town for a conference looking for a consistent dinner spot, we felt like TRH would be solid. And it is. It's exactly what you'd expect from TRH. But, the people made the difference at this location. From the front door to the table, everyone is so helpful and on top of their game. Yes - it's a chain restaurant. Yes - the steaks are good. If you plan to go to Texas Roadhouse, a couple things to know in advance. Go before the regular dinner time. We arrived on a Saturday night before 5:00pm. Use their app and get on the wait list before you arrive. Parking is simple, a little tight if you have a big truck but plenty of spaces. We hardly waited for our table because we used the app to get on the wait list. The restaurant is huge. There are TV's that go 360 around the bar, so if you go to watch a game it looks like a fun time. The place was packed, but once we ordered we were served our food in a reasonable amount of time. We both ordered steaks and they were fantastic. The reason I'm only giving 3 stars, is because there were mistakes made with our orders, and the sides were cold. When we left there was a huge line of people waiting, so we were glad to have gotten seated early. It is definitely an experience, it's not a quite restaurant. Establishment is still very busy, clean and well lit. Staff was professional and courteous. Our server was also excellent. Still can be a long wait so make sure to plan accordingly and get on the wait-list in advance. Bread is still excellent, warm and fluffy with cinnamon honey butter. This time we ordered 1. Combo Appetizer (wings, tater skins, rattlesnake bites): wings are well sauced if a little small, tater skins are well loaded with plenty of cheese, and the rattlesnake bites are creamy 2. Ribeye (medium rare) and ribs combo with buttered corn and steak fries: nicely cooked, juicy, steak and well sauced, not dry ribs Still great value and a lot of food. Service was great. I know it's Texas Roadhouse but damn, is it loud in there...can't even talk without yelling over all the commotion. As for the food? Rolls are A+...not sure what was going on with my pulled pork sandwich. Cold. Looked like someone tried shaping it like a hamburger patty...cold on the inside. Visited twice in a weekend. Friday at Fresno and Sunday at Visalia. Both sites were great. Nice people, great location and awesome food. This time we had the $5 all day margarita and LIT (Long Island Tea) - both were great. As always, the complimentary bread and the butter spread, the breads were served hot and they tasted so good. One of my fav steak places . We've been here plenty of times and the stead never disappoints. The chili was good nothing special but really good paired with their soft breads . Cactus blossom is also yummy. I love onions so this is such a good appetizer. read more

So, we ordered some NY steak, ribeye and filet Mignon and they were all good and very tasty. Our server, Jackie was very nice, friendly, fast and attentive, she was really great. Our server Jackie made us feel much more welcoming and it was really pleasant experience for the whole time while we were there. They have really nice and unique interior and the food was good, the atmosphere was so good and very much appropriate as well. Over the Labor Day weekend, we took a family trip to Sequoia & Kings Canyon, and on August 31st we had dinner at Texas Roadhouse. It seemed the most popular spot in town. We ordered the New York Strip, Ribeye steak, and several side dishes (Loaded Baked Potato, Broccoli, Caesar Salad, Rice), and everything was absolutely delicious. The service was very friendly and nice too. (Our server name was Jessica. She was so nice). So, I happily left a 20% tip. The only downside was the wait time was kinda long. But, this place is super popular in town. That's why. When we first checked in, the hostess took my name and phone number and told me it would take about a 40-minute wait. I said ok and I got a text message from the restaurant but luckily the waiting was a little shorter than that. And, one more thing : It's a shame we don't have this restaurant in LA. Would I go back? We visited Texas Roadhouse to celebrate my wife's birthday with a party of eight--five adults, two young children, and a toddler. It offers a perfect noise level for those with little ones...The evening started off on a positive note, but unfortunately, the experience declined as the night went on. After being seated at a rather cramped table in the bar area, our waitress was friendly, but service quickly became inconsistent. Drinks were delivered at different times--some of us received ours while others were already finishing theirs. During the second round, a few drinks were forgotten entirely, and we had to remind the waitress a couple times. We placed our dinner orders, and about 20 minutes later, we were informed that the restaurant had run out of ribs that were included with some of the steak meals we ordered. The waitress came by and told us she would simply remove the ribs and discount that portion of the meal, which would have left us paying for what felt like a significantly reduced entrée. Because of that, we told her sorry, but we will be changing out those to entrees to two bone-in ribeyes instead. We understood this adjustment would cause a slight delay, so we requested the other meals to come out as they were finished so the rest of the party could start eating... that didn't happen. However, what followed was a significant wait--about an hour passed with no updates. While the waitress did bring out more bread, there was no communication about the delay with the entrees, and we weren't offered drink refills. Since we were seated near the bar, we ended up getting up and purchasing drinks ourselves just to keep things moving with the bartender. After roughly an hour and a half, the food finally arrived. By then, the kids were full on bread and getting restless. Several of the meals came out cold, including the steaks, salmon and the kids meals...One member of our group, who had requested no salt due to a medical condition, received a dish that didn't meet that request, limiting what he could eat (he removed the top and bottom portion of the salmon, and ate the rest) My wife's 14oz prime rib was especially disappointing--it arrived already looking sad, and cold. When we asked for it to be reheated, it was not properly reheated on a grill, but instead appeared to have been microwaved, coming back rubbery and even more sad. My own steak was also cold and not cooked to the requested temperature, which was noticed by the manager. At this point, the kitchen manager stepped in and offered to remake the meal. Shortly after, Manager Kyle came out and truly turned the experience around. He was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making things right. He replaced the prime rib and cold bone in ribeye meal, acknowledged the issues without excuses, and ensured we were taken care of. Despite us declining a discount, he still applied one, which we appreciated. In the end, while the evening had several frustrating moments--long wait times, lack of communication, and food quality issues--Manager Kyle's exceptional service made a lasting impression. His leadership and commitment to customer satisfaction are commendable and ultimately salvaged what was meant to be a special celebration. We hope to see improvements in consistency, communication, and food preparation in the future, as experiences like this can make or break an otherwise enjoyable night out. Came here for a late lunch around 3 pm on a Sunday and it was packed! It was really loud in there--saw lots of big parties. We had a party of 2, so the wait was about 30 minutes but ended up finding seats at the bar with full service. This was my first time at a Texas Roadhouse, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The famous bread and butter were delicious, and the cactus blossom starter was okay--a bit oily. We ordered the fried catfish as well as the ribeye/ribs combo, and it ended up being so much food for 2 (oops!). All of the meats were pretty good for a chain steakhouse! The sides were definitely a hit or miss--seasoned rice and steak fries were great, mac and cheese was bland, and the green beans were just terribly overcooked and salty (reminds me of canned green beans). I think food itself is a 3.5/5, but the service for us was good, so I rounded up. I would come back if I want to get a large meal for a decent price, but it wouldn't be my go-to. read more

We joined the waitlist online before heading to Texas Roadhouse and were glad we did because it was packed! Lots of birthdays and celebrations going on. We could see the staff taking the saddle to each group celebrating something special and giving them a Yee Haw cheer. Despite it being busy, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I understand that Father's Day is one of the busiest and most stressful days of the year for everyone at Texas Roadhouse. However, knowing the holiday would be extremely busy, management and staff should have been better prepared to handle the crowd efficiently. My party waited 3 1/2 hours without being seated and eventually left because we were tired of hearing only "I'm sorry" with no real update or solution. What made the experience even more frustrating was watching other large groups get seated before us. I understand waiting an hour or even an hour and a half on a holiday, but a 3 1/2 hour wait with no resolution is unacceptable. My ribs were so dry I could tell that they'd been sitting. I mean dry like pieces of meat had slivered off like shaved wood lol. My steak was medium and even that was dry. I love the Roadhouse!!!! This location is fairly new and typically always busy. I have only sat at the bar since I go alone. I visit family in the area and always go to Texas Roadhouse when I visit. My recent visit was the first time I had to wait for a seat at the bar. Probably about 15 to 20 minutes. Once I sat the bartender, Malikia, was quite attentive and as busy as it was was doing a great job rotating through all of the bar patrons. accurate, attentive and quite friendly. I ordered the appetizer ribs, and a 12 oz ribeye with shrimp skewer add on. Cut of chili and rice as my sides. Chili and ribs came out quite quite. Chili is always great. I get it with cheese and raw red onions. The entree came out about 15 minutes which was plenty of time to enjoy the apps I got. This particular night was really busy and they were really pushing people through and serving quick. The cooks were really on their game and managing a lot of orders quickly and accurately. Ordered steak medium with onions and mushrooms. The onions seemed like they were cut for the blooming onion and were cooked as long as I would have done it but still good. Mushrooms came out great and I enjoyed the steak. I have yet to have a bad experience at any Texas Roadhouse location. This location always offers rolls and butter to go in a bag as well. Sitting at the bar offers plenty of tvs with options of the different sporting events going on. This night it was really loud given how busy it was and there were a lot of birthday going on. We love all of their restaurants but just Experienced the worse server. For what for some reason our server Melia gave vibes like she just didn't want to serve us. She didn't put in an entree or she would miss side dishes. Not being attentive. Or would take our drink away and not come back with a refill, we had to ask another waiter. When she did come back she never owned up to her mistake no apology when one of us never got her food. We were their for my wife's birthday. I mentioned to Melia about the birthday and when the birthday girl mentioned it was her birthday and she said she knows cause she said i told her 3 times in a sassy way. This was our first time at the Texas Roadhouse. First impression, it looks pretty much like an Outback or Tahoe Joe's. The restaurant was clean and a bit noisy. One of the first things you see is a case full of steaks. Many of them are huge. The quality appears to be USD Choice. Next comes the bar that was doing a booming business. Seating looks to be mostly booths which is nice. We were greeted at the door by a young lady who was on the phone with what sounded like a customer trying to book a reservation. She politely interrupted the call to let us know that someone would be by shortly to seat us. Everyone we encountered was very nice. The atmosphere is casual and friendly. We're were brought complimentary rolls that were delicious and the wait wasn't long before our server came to the table. She couldn't have been more friendly. My wife ordered a steak, well done and baked potato and a salad. I had the salmon, with broccoli and the caesar salad. The service was snappy. Our salads were cold, crisp and tasty. My wife said her steak was cooked just the way she liked it and in spite of it bringing well done she said it was moist and tender. My salmon was just the slightest bet over cooked but still very good. The broccoli was a tad beyond crisp tender like maybe it had been hanging around a steam table for a while. Still it was tasty. All in all we had a very nice experience and it's hard to beat their prices. We'll definitely be coming back. read more

Were second in line to be let in the restaurant when they first opened for the day. 10 tables were seated ahead of my party of two. Then took 35 mins to get our order to the table. People that were sat down after our table with almost the same order got our food ahead of ours. Food arrived with cold fries, burnt over cooked bacon and burnt and under cooked burger party. First off, HUGE SHOUTOUT to our Server Zay! She was so helpful, very sweet, attentive and made our first time dining inside Texas Roadhouse one of the BEST! Her service last night, especially as it got busier throughout our stay, didn't slip one bit. She was Amazing! So thank you Zay! It was my wife's birthday yesterday and she chose to come to Texas Roadhouse. As we would find out later throughout the night, it's almost everyone's choice to come here for their Birthday dinner, "more on that later." We showed up around 4:30pm on a Wednesday, parking lot was "semi" full but nothing too crazy. I made sure to put us on the waitlist they have, to ensure we wouldn't have to wait too long for a table, glad I did. Pro Tip: Always use the "waitlist" option instead of just heading there. A nice girl will be at the door with a tablet, and that's the first thing she asks you. We were told a 20min wait. Showed up, checked in, automatically seated. It was nice. First thing we noticed; the rolls. They don't look like the original rolls, they taste good, but those aren't the rolls. Taste like Costco rolls. They were just giving them away! Something seemed a little fishy lol. We both ordered a drink, beer for me and a Hurricane for my wife. Tried my first beer from Texas. It was good, but definitely tasted like an Amber Budweiser. Wife said the Hurricane wasn't strong enough lol the drink could have been stronger. Got the fried Pickles for an appetizer, side of ranch and bbq sauce. So good! Great crisp on them, juiciness from the pickle, dipped in either sauce just elevated the flavor! These should not be looked over, definitely get yourself some! Wife got the BBQ Chicken with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy, and of course the Texas Red Chili! Chicken was moist, juicy and flavorful! Bbq sauce was good, but my wife said it felt like they just topped it with sauce, when they should've basted the chicken when it was cooking then smothered it once more when it was done. Mashed potatoes and gravy were delicious! Same for the Texas Red Chili. You really can't go wrong! I got the Ft Worth Ribeye in a 14oz "medium rare", side of green beans and a baked potato fully loaded for an extra $1.50. I love how the staff has a diagram of the different ways the steaks can be cooked. So when I asked for Medium Rare, she showed me just to make sure I knew what I was asking for lol. I did. Also sorry no pics of the steak are on here, I had too much fun eating it. You know how they say "you should never have to put steak sauce on a steak", well tonight I finally understood why they say that. The steak was tender, juicy, flavorful! I didn't even once reach for the steak sauce. A little fattier than I normally like, but that's ok. Fat means flavor. Only problem for me was the Green Beans. I thought them being cooked with bacon would make them delicious; they were not. Like green beans swimming in a pond of bacon flavored water. The bacon wasn't crispy, they were just boiled pieces of fat. After the first bite, I pushed them aside. The loaded baked potato was good! But the "loaded" part ended at the very top. I don't think a little cheese, sour cream and bacon bits is worth a $1.50. By the end of the meal we were both feeling pretty stuffed, but we had to indulge on the desserts, for science of course! We had to give you all some insight on them right!? So we ordered 2/3 the Big Ol Brownie and The Strawberry Cheesecake. Both instantly get 5/5! The brownie was warm and gooey in the middle, paired so well with the vanilla ice cream and chocolate drizzle. If the food doesn't put you into a coma, this will! It "can" be shared, but after the first bite, pretty sure you won't want to! The Strawberry Cheesecake was just as impressive, creamy and a little dense, paired very well with the fresh strawberry slices mixed in with that sauce and whipped cream. If you're a cheesecake fan, don't pass this up! Two hours and 4 to-go boxes later! "Two of which were rolls and honey butter" lol, we were absolutely satisfied! Stuffed, food coma inbound and totally worth it! We spent around $100 for everything, plus we gave Zay a nice tip for being so incredible! They do have the digital readers at the table, so if you don't wanna wait around you can pay and leave. It also gives you the option to order more and play video games. Definitely beneficial for those times your waiter/waitress is super busy. Props to the Manager for walking around, checking in with everyone, super nice guy and wants to ensure everyone is having a good experience. So about the birthdays... they actually ring a cow bell and bring out a saddle for the birthday person to sit on. Nobody was willing to sit on it lol. My wife didn't want her name to be called out, so we kept it hush hush lol. But man! They really celebrate you here with everyone yelling out "Yyyyyeeeeeehhhhaaaaaa!" It was Awesome! My wife and I have been meaning to try the Texas Roadhouse restaurant ever since they opened. We've heard mixed reviews, and we finally went and checked it out for ourselves. We both enjoyed it. The service was excellent. Our server Taylor was very attentive and friendly. The food was good, not great, but tasty. We really liked the aesthetic of the restaurant. Lots of TVs with various sports on (we went on a Sunday), and there was lots of decor to catch our eyes. The biggest negative for this particular visit was the temperature of the restaurant. It was freezing! I'm not kidding, it felt like it was 60° in that restaurant. Maybe colder. We were both very cold pretty much the entire time. One couple at a table across from us actually asked to go outside and eat because it was too cold for them. At another table, the man went back out to the car after they were seated and brought back a sweater for his date. Unfortunately, we did not have extra warm clothes in our vehicle seeing as how the temps have been in the 100 degrees lately. Fortunately, by the end of the meal, I at least had gotten accustomed to the temperature and wasn't freezing anymore. In general, the prices were pretty good. We started with the rattlesnake bites. Kinda like little jalapeño poppers, but small and round, with melted cheese in them. Good, but too much cheese for us. (I acknowledge I'm being a little nit-picky here). My wife got the filet mignon and grilled shrimp, which was definitely cheaper than most other restaurants. But the filet was also not as good. Not bad, just not excellent. The buttery shrimp were very tasty. I got a sirloin and ribs combo. Sirloin was again, good, not great. The ribs were tasty, cooked well, and the sauce on them was very good. My wife really enjoyed her house salad. I really enjoyed my "loaded" mashed potatoes. The Mac n cheese was good, but you had to make sure you dipped the noodles in the cheesey sauce they sat in to get them good and coated. Oh, and the house rolls with cinnamon butter are BOMB! I'm giving 3 stars only because of the quality of the steaks. That's the main reason we went there, and they were only 3/5. THE WORST TEXASROADHOUSE IN AMERICA!I've been to dozens of Texas Roadhouse locations from Massachusetts to Florida, and this was by far the worst experience I've had. The service was extremely slow -- we waited almost an hour after ordering before our food finally came out. When it did, my medium-rare prime rib was completely overcooked; the blood had dried on the surface, and the sear was so tough it was nearly impossible to bite through.
