Establishment is still very busy, clean and well lit. Staff was professional and courteous. Our server was also excellent. Still can be a long wait so make sure to plan accordingly and get on the wait-list in advance. Bread is still excellent, warm and fluffy with cinnamon honey butter. This time we ordered 1. Combo Appetizer (wings, tater skins, rattlesnake bites): wings are well sauced if a little small, tater skins are well loaded with plenty of cheese, and the rattlesnake bites are creamy 2. Ribeye (medium rare) and ribs combo with buttered corn and steak fries: nicely cooked, juicy, steak and well sauced, not dry ribs Still great value and a lot of food. TLDR: Excellent service, good food and drink, excellent establishment. Would recommend!

Visited twice in a weekend. Friday at Fresno and Sunday at Visalia. Both sites were great. Nice people, great location and awesome food. This time we had the $5 all day margarita and LIT (Long Island Tea) - both were great. As always, the complimentary bread and the butter spread, the breads were served hot and they tasted so good. I had my favorite cactus blossom, it was great seasoning, very flavorful. 12oz filet magnon and half rack ribs - everything were great Caesar salad was average, their house salad is still the best

One of my fav steak places . We've been here plenty of times and the stead never disappoints. The chili was good nothing special but really good paired with their soft breads . Cactus blossom is also yummy. I love onions so this is such a good appetizer.

We were there to try their steak for the Labor Day long weekend. I wanted to have some prime rib, but it was all sold out. So, we ordered some NY steak, ribeye and filet Mignon and they were all good and very tasty. Our server, Jackie was very nice, friendly, fast and attentive, she was really great. Our server Jackie made us feel much more welcoming and it was really pleasant experience for the whole time while we were there. They have really nice and unique interior and the food was good, the atmosphere was so good and very much appropriate as well. We have to come back here for the prime rib for the next time.

Over the Labor Day weekend, we took a family trip to Sequoia & Kings Canyon, and on August 31st we had dinner at Texas Roadhouse. It seemed the most popular spot in town. We ordered the New York Strip, Ribeye steak, and several side dishes (Loaded Baked Potato, Broccoli, Caesar Salad, Rice), and everything was absolutely delicious. The service was very friendly and nice too. (Our server name was Jessica. She was so nice). So, I happily left a 20% tip. The only downside was the wait time was kinda long. But, this place is super popular in town. That's why. When we first checked in, the hostess took my name and phone number and told me it would take about a 40-minute wait. I said ok and I got a text message from the restaurant but luckily the waiting was a little shorter than that. And, one more thing : It's a shame we don't have this restaurant in LA. Would I go back? Yes--definitely!

Another 5 star birthday dinner at Texas Roadhouse! Great service, good food and great friends (all 16 of them). Steak was cooked perfect, chicken caeser salad with extra dressing was the best. Staff were over the top friendly and I couldn't complain about anything even if I wanted too. Everything was clean and ran like a well oiled machine. I was having so much fun I forgot to take pictures... guess that means I'll just have to come back and do it again. Keep up the good work!

Pick this place for Mother's Day brunch because it's hubby favorite place to go for medium $$$ steak. No appointment but on wait list. Waiting about 15 minutes and we got seated. Waiter was good and friendly. Busy place as always. Food always delicious and good portion. They performed song and dance which is nice and live up the dining.

Came here for a late lunch around 3 pm on a Sunday and it was packed! It was really loud in there--saw lots of big parties. We had a party of 2, so the wait was about 30 minutes but ended up finding seats at the bar with full service. This was my first time at a Texas Roadhouse, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The famous bread and butter were delicious, and the cactus blossom starter was okay--a bit oily. We ordered the fried catfish as well as the ribeye/ribs combo, and it ended up being so much food for 2 (oops!). All of the meats were pretty good for a chain steakhouse! The sides were definitely a hit or miss--seasoned rice and steak fries were great, mac and cheese was bland, and the green beans were just terribly overcooked and salty (reminds me of canned green beans). I think food itself is a 3.5/5, but the service for us was good, so I rounded up. I would come back if I want to get a large meal for a decent price, but it wouldn't be my go-to.

What worked: -- servers and staff were all very kind -- there's decent menu variety and something for everyone to enjoy -- the music and vibe inside was a nice mix of busy yet intimate, it's a great place for a date or fancy night out What didn't work: -- I think this is likely due to it being Valentines Day, but the service was pretty spotty. Servers almost gave us someone else's food twice and it took a while for our food to get to our table. -- my dish (shrimp primavera) could have had a little more going for it! The pasta and veggies could have been a little more seasoned (and I would have loved more veggies), and the shrimp was waaaaay too salty, it was difficult to eat it all. It definitely wasn't a bad dish but a few small tweaks could have made it really wonderful Overall, I'd come here again! I think this might have just been an off night and I'd love to return to try some of their other dishes. The environment was a pleasant one to be in and I enjoyed the meal (and, of course, the company).

Unfortunately their specialty cocktails weren't included but they were reasonably priced regardless. *Artichoke, Spinach, and Cheese Dip: had a grainy, chunky texture made predominantly from the artichoke. There needed a better mixer and creamy element. The flavors resembled a thick pesto. The toasted bread was the best part. *Spicy Calamari: nicely fried but a tad too salty. Would have appreciated a lemony component to cut through the grease. *Garlic Fries: thicker cut with slight crisp. They were garlicky but the Parmesan left a strange aftertaste. *Green Tea Shot: pleasantly fruity and the pour was generous. The service was friendly and we look forward to when they'll hold music nights again. Ultimately the drinks tasted better than the food. Although not perfect, the pricing makes Sebby's the ideal post work spot. I hope Sebby's hones in their flavors and textures they're aiming for so then people can come for the food too.

There were two options: the full experience rodizio or the salad bar and side dishes only. However, when we were seated, we were immediately told the instructions for the full experience. Personally I would only do the full experience as the salad bar wasn't varied or tasty enough for the $34.95 price tag. The salad bar and hot foods were on the mushier side. I wished the sauces were formatted in a different format as the chimichurri sauce was very far from the edge. Hence, there was a high risk of cross contamination and spillage. The mustard pasta salad was bland and limp. The potato salad fared a similar dull taste and resembled a starchy lump. The tomatoes were grainy and dry. The pao de queijo was disappointedly under the ray of death so they weren't too hot nor crispy. I wished my party got to experience fresher baskets of bread. =FULL EXPERIENCE= We were told that there were 17 available meats but we only experienced some of them. However, we enjoyed how we got to taste them when they were hot and cooked perfectly. *Picanha: one of my favorites. The fat cap was rendered and seasoned well. The meat was medium rare, tender and juicy. This had the greatest beef flavor. *Chicken with Bacon: the chicken was tender but the bacon had a stronger smokey flavor. The bacon shone more than the chicken. *Pork Belly: my other favorite piece. There were bits of fat dispersed throughout so it was moist and flavorful. There was subtle crispiness from the fat browning. *Spicy Linguica: the spice was subtle and the casing gave a satisfying snap. The interior was juicy but it was on the saltier side. *Pork Ribs: surprisingly tender and fall of the bone. The sauce was a sweeter barbeque and the ribs were on the wetter side. There wasn't any smokiness, char or caramelization but the flavors and texture were still good. *Peppered Steak: on the tougher side but still oozed out meaty juice. *Garlic Steak: similar to the peppered steak only saltier. The garlic flavor wasn't very prominent and this piece left me thirsty. I would have preferred a garlic sauce as opposed to the concentrated garlic powder taste. *Tri Tip: the best option for a leaner cut. The meat was tender and juicy. This was similar in flavor to the picanha but without the fattiness. *Grilled Cinnamon Pineapple: the cinnamon hardened around the pineapple, offering a satisfying crunch followed by a gush of sweet fruitiness. The simplistically made this my favorite rendition from a Brazilian steakhouse. This was a great meal ender despite us getting flan afterwards. *NY Strip: this was a daily special. This was a leaner cut so the beefiness was prominent but I preferred the other meats with more fat. =A LA CARTE= Not included in the all you can eat experience. *Mojito: refreshing and citrusy. There was a good amount of alcohol included. *Pudim: great way to end the meal. The Brazilian flan was dense and creamy. There was a thin layer of caramel sauce on top but it wasn't too sweet. The portion size was nicely shareable between two people. Unfortunately, they didn't bring out the shrimp until we were full so we didn't get to try it. Otherwise the service was consistent and attentive. Our server even asked about which meats were our favorites so they could bring them back out for us. There were multiple groups celebrating birthdays and they brought out their staff to sing happy birthday. During an all you can eat experience, good service is the lifeline and this was some of the best service I've received. The ambiance was stellar and this was my favorite dining experience in the Central Valley. The meats blew the salad bar and sides out of the water so I would return just for that. Although this was a pricier option, the quality and service were 5 stars.

I went with the Juju Bleu, Calamity Jane, and Betsy Ross. I'll admit, I'm usually not a fan of bleu cheese, so I'm not sure why I picked the Juju Bleu--but I'm glad I did. It was surprisingly delicious. The Betsy Ross was solid and classic, with Thousand Island sauce--tasty, though nothing particularly standout. The Calamity Jane was the clear winner for me; the combination of sautéed onions, barbecue sauce, and mushrooms was absolutely spot-on. We also upgraded our side to clam chowder. It had great flavor, though it was a bit thicker than I prefer--not a dealbreaker by any means. Service really made the experience shine. Paula was phenomenal--attentive, friendly, and quick to check in on us and keep everything running smoothly. Overall, this is a great spot for lunch with friends or coworkers. Since it's right on Main Street, parking can be a bit tricky, so I'd recommend using a nearby public lot and taking a short walk over.

This restaurant was not "suit" fancy, but we may have appeared underdressed with our ballcaps. Honestly we don't make a habit of dressing down and are usually overdressed lol. We felt judged the moment we walked in. They asked if we had a reservation. We did not but we were still sat. There was a wine tasting going on and we were asked if we would like to participate. We politely declined. The vineyard owner came over and talked to us. I politely declined again. The waitress never returned for over 10min. We hadn't even been asked about any other drinks, appetizers, specials of the house, nothing. The menu had some amazing dishes and appetizers that I am sad I wasn't able to try, but if you're going to make me feel less because I didn't have an opportunity to brush out my ponytail and change my shoes, then you're not deserving of the money we were planning on spending in your establishment.
