    Korean Fried Rice extra Spicy
    Nat P.

The food here is AMAZING! It doesn't look like much from the outside but WOW after eating the Korean Fried Rice with Beef and the Bulgogi plate I was craving more!!! There are a lot of options with Chicken, Beef, Shrimp or Tofu so I highly recommend you try it and experience the DELICIOUSNESS FOR YOURSELF!

This place is amazing! I highly recommend the spicy pork and the potstickers! The best Korean food in town in my opinion!

The food is delicious and fresh! The service was excellent, very friendly. The restaurant was clean and cozy. Plenty of parking. This is a little gem. Will definitely be back.

Spicy chicken - it came out prettier than this but we ate before the camera did.

The food was so good! We ordered the Spicy chicken and Spicy noodles with chicken. The staff were very friendly, helpful offering suggestions and the food came out quick. Will 100% be going back.

BBG is a hidden gem. A small family owned eatery serving top notch food. The owners are very friendly For lunch I ordered the Galbi Ribs. Marinated to perfection and very tender. I'm very impressed with the marinate and the portions were plentiful. A nice complete meal with Rice and Green Salad. *** May is Asian Pacific Islander Heritage Month. Support Asian owned businesses. Always nice to come over here! The food is always delicious and the service is always great! The ambiance is friendly and warming! Sometimes we get the Korean food or the Lao beef jerky which are all delicious! It's nice to have a fusion restaurant that caters to both!! This time we wanted hot soup! I brought my mom the other day and got some chicken pho and beef pho. The chicken pho was delicious the broth was hot and tasted great the chicken was fresh and tasty. My mom had the beef pho the broth was also delicious with a lot of beef pieces and meatballs! It's so nice to get something hot in your stomach during the cold months! And the place doesn't disappoint!!

I have to update a previous review. I went here recently to try it out again. My previous review was after Big Bang Grill took over ownership of Korean House. The food at that time was no where near the flavor or quality of the previous owners. It was disappointing because it was the same menu options without the same taste. BUT... after going back years later I have to say they dramatically improved. I LOVED the food and it reminded me so much of Korean House recipes. The owners were extremely nice and I'm happy to support them. I hope to visit here in the near future again.

This is a total hole in the wall type of restaurant. But the food is absolutely amazing. My husband got the fried chicken and was in love with it. Service leaves a little bit to be desired, and the restaurant doesn't feel incredibly clean. However, for takeout I think it's awesome.

Our meals came with soup, salad and the rice and veggies as well as 2 shrimps and choice of meat. I had the NY steak. They also offer a teriyaki steak which is thinner of a cut. There's a ton of appraisers and sushi rolls to choose from. Everything was very good. We came for lunch but were given dinner menus so we didn't get the lunch prices. No big deal. Maybe weekends they don't offer the lunch prices. Either way, everything was perfect.

The woman that helped us at the counter was really lovely and patient with us while we looked over all the options. She was very polite answering the phone, assisting a doordasher, and assisting the other customers that came in behind us. Two of us went and we both really enjoyed our food. The white rice was perfectly fluffy and the brown was nutty, flavorful, and had the perfect amount of chew. The bulgogi was tender and seasoned so well that I honestly could have eaten an entire bowl of that by itself. The KBBQ was good and a little spicier than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The spicy crab was exactly as expected, mildly spiced and fresh tasting. The person that went with me enjoyed their tempura. All of the toppings were incredibly fresh tasting and I think part of that is because they keep their toppings covered, so they don't dry out like I've experienced at some other poke bowl places. We got hefty servings of seaweed salad and toppings and our bowls were stuffed! Apologies for no photos, I was too excited to dig in, but I will be back! We really need more places like this in Visalia!

The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and welcoming. We've visited their sister restaurant (Korean Chili) just a few storefronts away and they carry the same level of customer service. On our menu today we ordered the Jalapeño popper appetizer, bento box, and curry noodle. The Jalapeño inside the popper was fresh and luckily not too spicy. The tuna was well seasoned and the panko breading was crisp and not at all oily. They drizzled it with eel sauce and spicy mayo. Great starter! The bento box was a generous portion that included a side salad with sesame dressing. Tempura fried veggies and shrimp, which were perfectly cooked and had a crispy batter. Fried gyoza. Four pieces of California roll. And perfectly cooked chicken with teriyaki sauce on the side. The curry noodle was quite unexpected. The broth was rich with a subtle touch of heat and flavorful use of spices. The eggs were a nice addition of protein. The noodles and chicken were cooked well. Definitely a dish I'd order on a nice cold day. Both my wife and I were pleasantly surprised. We'd definitely return if visiting Tulare again.

The bar area was very nice since you could observe the cooks and see how they prepare the sushi rolls right in front of you! The service was great too. My only complaint is the miso soups not coming with the bento box as in most cases most restaurants include miso soups when order bento boxes. Unless the miso soup is big then I would understand. Other then that, my experience here was great and I would highly recommend coming here for some good sushi and noodles.
