I wanted pizza and a side salad and remembered Hungry Howie's actually offers different types of salads. I sat in the parking lot and placed an order on their app for a small 2 topping pizza (pepperoni and red onions with garlic herb crust) and a Greek salad with ranch dressing. I used the tracker to keep up with the progress of my order. I was able to go to another store across the street while it was being prepared. The pizza was ready based on the tracker but my salad still needed to be made. This was not an issue, she came back with the salad less than the 5 minutes quoted. Ordered green peppers and sausage and received green pepper and olives. How do you mix up olives and sausage.

So it's a tradition at my house for my son to get a howie maui on his Birthday. We got a large with some boneless Bbque and Asian chicken fingers. No matter what they are called boneless wings nope chicken fingers with sauce poured on top. My boneless wings( chicken fingers/nuggets) had small bones . So be careful! It was a bit of a wait (short staffing ) **12 dollars pssh you can get more at target or McDs. nothing too major though. You might have more employees if you gave them more to b honest.. ***I would never work for so little ..all in all pizza was fine chicken had bones which could b a health hazard ( since supposed to b boneless) or at the very least you could chip a tooth. Honestly frozen pizza and frozen chicken fingers might b a bit cheaper . I came here for my son and I will easily not come b for another year. read more

Ok, this is really a fast food version of Pizza, in the same tradition as some of the other types of Pizza places (LC and Domino's). I really like what these guys are doing though! I'm all in for any of the following pizza selections: The Works: Pepperoni, ham, mushroom (hold please), green pepper, onion, Italian sausage, beef, black olive and extra mozzarella Meat Eaters: Pepperoni, ham, Italian sausage, beef and mozzerella. Howie Special: Pepperoni, ham mushroom (again no thanks) green pepper, onion and mozzerella I think other places do this now, but what really makes them stand out is the flavored crust. Tops on my list are the Cajon Crust or the Jalapeno Ranch Crust. But, they have 11 flavored crusts to choose from, including original crust ---- so there is really something for anyone. Staff were always friendly and had the order ready on time! Prices are reasonable. And, probably most important - the pizza is good. I'd recommend these guys! read more

Ok, we have been fed up with the way the "other chains" have been treating us! With their tracking system, we could see where our purchases had traveled before it arrived cold at our house. Thank goodness for H. Howie's. We have used their delivery system twice in 7 days and the food has been hot and tasty, and they delivered at promised. Placed an order at 8pm. The driver finally showed up at 9:30, with a cold pizza. It looked disgusting. I refused the order and drove to Taco Bell, since nothing else was open. It's been 2 days and still haven't got a refund. Seems like a poorly managed store. read more

Got carryout from Hungry Howie's the other day. The pizza is priced fairly, but is not that tasty. I didn't enjoy the flavored crust either, as a matter of fact, it seemed thicker and less tasty than crusts on other chain pizzas. This location has great food, no doubt. However, their service leaves much to be desired. Every time I order and pay on their ap for carry out and pick up food from Drive thru. It seems there is always a problem no matter how small. No sub sauce put in the box for sandwich, they're out of lettuce and tomato, wait 40 minutes to pick up order according to the ap it should be ready, only to arrive and be told it will be another 15-20 minutes or they can't find my order at all. Not sure why so many issues. I'm going to stop paying in advance in the app so when I arrive and the order is messed up, I can just drive away. read more

Placed an online order with HH at Kent Dairy Rd. Went to pick it up & was told that my order had been GIVEN to someone else with my name. Really? They had to remake my order & for this mistake I was offered a free 2 liter drink. Again - really? Waited 45 min. & the order was wrong!!! Seriously? Over an hour later I received my original order. I asked to speak to manager who told me he would refund what I paid & the order would be free. Six days later & no refund but they got their money up front. I like HH pizza but don't use this location. This was the 2nd time they've messed up an order I've placed. The first time they messed up I was given a free 20 oz. drink. Really? Well there is nothing like the "GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE" from the employees at the Alabaster Alabama location that leads them to tell a woman to "fuck off" because she chewed em out for having to wait 35 minutes for a pick up order that was supposed to be ready @6:15 when she arrived. Further more when I spoke to the store, the "manager" could not stop talking over me while making excuses for his other "manager's actions". Have faith and trust that I will be speaking to my contacts at the corporate office as well as following up with other mangers at a higher level. We have been ordering from this location in Alabaster Alabama for years now, and have never had a problem with their service, or food! Now all of a sudden there is "new management" and I was told today they no longer would be delivering to my area!! Very disappointed with their way of handling the situation, and not even a sorry from the manager! Horrible customer service. Cold pizzas, witnessed countless arguments between staff and managers. Saw managers push their employees and yell at them. i experienced the worst service and attitude from this store! i am a very level headed, sweet and respectful person & this business took advantage of that. hungry howie's closed 2 hours early on a week night, but still allowed me to order and pay with my debit card. the store called back 15min later saying that they closed early and could not make my order; nor refund my money for 6 business days. once i started asking questions they got mad and hung up on me. horrible service! i have still not gotten the money back in my account! read more

Some of the Best Pizza you can get around here and their salads are absolutely, and i seriously mean it when i tell you, but their salads are just positively delicious! Oh! And they're pretty big too with really fresh and crisp veggies... Yum! Yum! Yum! Also all the dressing is great but I recommend their 1000 island dressing on their salads. I tell you, it's just AWESOME people! For the pizza the butter-cheese crust is my recommendation... Also very reasonable and just great prices too! Why get Little Ceasure's that's not that good when just a couple blocks down and right around the same price, maybe a 2 or 3 bucks more you get such better food? I like the flavored crusts (try the Asiago cheese crust) and they have things other than pizza, like some really good calzone. Very affordable and tasty too! I know everyone likes what they like. I'd say the pizza is almost but not quite as good as Domino's, but better than Papa John's or the Pizza Pizza place. The Alabaster location does have two tables if you want to dine in, but I'd almost suggest eating in the parking lot where the ambiance will be better. They deliver, also. read more
