First time trying this place. Boy, I was surprised! The pizza was delicious, I ordered the thin crust cheese pizza and an order of the cheese breadsticks (special for $12). Great flavor! Good ingredients and excellent dough. Price is very competitive to the big pizza chains. I wish we had one in Miami but luckily there's one in Miramar. I'd definitely order again. Great job! Keep up the good work!

This alone was worth $8...everything else was just as shameful as good gravy.

Let's be honest, this is a 3.5 star experience if you take it at face value. Average tasting pizza amongst other carb-rich tomatoey, buttered and cheesed or meated-up simple items that leave you feeling ashamed shortly after consumption. But forgetting that, I had a great waitress and the staff did an excellent job of keeping the lines tidy. My biggest fear was that this place was going to be as gross as a Chuck E Cheese with pizza as bad as Marco's. So thankful that combo didn't surface! For what it's worth (~$10) I felt this stop was justified by the salad bar alone. It's not a Sweet Tomatoes inspired spread, but it was spectacularly fresh and orderly. That takes effort and good management, so my hat goes off to them. After reading some other reviews, I feel stupid for not ordering a specialty pizza to the line like I had done at Cici's up north. Next time I won't be so ignorant...and there will be a next time.

Clean. Friendly staff. Buffet that includes a great salad bar, variety of pizzas (you can also order a pizza for them to put out), dessert pizzas, pasta and soups. Plenty for every one to enjoy. Great value! No waiting. Drinks are not included but free refills and many to choose from. This was our first time here after a long day of shopping with the family - it was a nice dinner before heading home to bed. We will be back! Our favorite was the pepperoni pizza. My 8 year old son was in love with the salad bar. I enjoyed the apple pie pizza! My husband enjoyed the soups and the iced tea. Prices: $8 adult, $5 kids, drinks $2.50 for adults $1.50 for kids. They also have the option to order items off their menu (wings....etc) and they have pizza to go ($5 for one pizza, $10 for two pizzas...)

Great thin crust pizza, lots of toppings also had a Greek salad and cinnamon bread. Worth the money.

Had a takeout, probably the worst pizza I ever had. I do not believe anything was wrong with it, it is the way they make it.

Went here with some friends who actually recommended it from friends and Yelp…read more The exterior looked like the Italian restaurants you find in a larger city, trying hard to be noticed. The interior was in the same motif, an old school Italian restaurant that's been around for awhile. We had reservations and were sat immediately. Our server came over to our table almost immediately. He was friendly, professional and friendly and explained the menu and his recommendations. Even though the appetizers looked amazing, we opted to just order entrees as they came with a salad and pasta. We ordered 2 Chicken Parm's with a Caeser salad side and their homemade Tagliatelle pasta, Bronzino special and a Pasta (homemade linguine). I was one of the Chicken Parm's. DAMN, it was excellent! Very large portions of chicken and pasta with a tomato sauce that was absolutely one of the best I've ever had in a restaurant! It was thick, tasty and clung to the pasta and Parm. I HATE ordering pasta in a restaurant that isn't drained properly and the plate is a puddle with food sitting in it-and this WAS NOT the case! It was a big ass tasty platter of delicious food. The other plates were as large and delicious! For dessert, I had the Espresso Affogato, again DELICIOUS!!! I WILL be back to try some of the other dishes as, for me, unless they do a really good chicken parm, I won't go on!! Great job by the staff! Our table was constantly bussed, waters refilled and making sure we were satisfied.

Unfortunately, this is a one and done restaurant for me, and not one I would recommend. Sorry no…read morepictures! We were seated right away, and our server was attentive, almost a little too attentive at times that we felt rushed. The atmosphere was nice, but the restaurant is small, difficult to move around, and the lighting was darker than I prefer. We started with the fried calamari and meatballs. The calamari was good, but the meatballs were disappointing. They were about the size of golf balls which is ok but lacked flavor. For our entrees, we ordered the penne alla vodka, chicken parmesan, gnocchi, and I had the spaghetti special that was finished in a cheese wheel tableside. The presentation was fun, but the food itself just didn't live up to it. The marinara sauce across the dishes was bland, the gnocchi was forgettable, and my spaghetti portion was surprisingly small, more like an appetizer than an entrée. I almost always take leftovers home from Italian restaurants because the portions are generous and the food is rich. This time, there was nothing left because there wasn't much there to begin with. The biggest disappointment was the bread. When I go to an Italian restaurant, I expect warm, crusty Italian bread. Instead, it tasted like ordinary sliced sandwich bread. I actually like Publix bread, but that's not what I'm looking for with an Italian meal. Overall, nothing was terrible, but nothing stood out either. For the prices, I expected much more flavor, better portions, and a more authentic Italian experience.

The decor was cool but people are packed in there like sardines. Our service was great which was a nice surprise with the number of people there and the number of people waiting. We were lucky because we were a party of two. I had French onion soup, which was good. However, the pizza was absolutely fabulous! My husband had the meatballs and ziti and said it was really good. I would be getting pizza there all the time if I lived in the area!

There was very little lamb in the dish (see pic) & because of that, they did not even finish it. My husband & I shared the "lasagna". It's not lasagna; it's lasagna noodles with a tiny amount of cheese & all meat sauce. It was delish but it you are looking for lasagna, this isn't it. Service was great. Enjoyed our drinks except for the cucumber martini. Wow - what a find! This lovely place is split into 2. The trattoria is mainly indoor dining & a small bar & next door is their "Veranda" restaurant w/limited indoor tables & mostly outdoor tables w/live music. The Veranda section doesn't take reservations & looks lovely. Our reservation was at the Trattoria. We enjoyed drinks first - I really liked the blueberry martini w/out sugar. My husband had wine & my friend loved the strawberry martini. We ordered the full loaf of bread & it was great with the fabulous dipping oil. For dinners we had: linguini w/clams, lasagna, chicken marsala, & bolognese. We all loved our dinners & all brought food home. We ended with a tiramasu. Great place, nicely decorated, romantic, & our waitress was wonderful!
