We dined at Tiramisu Ristorante in Bradenton with a large group in early January, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. First, I have to highlight the professionalism and communication of the team. Organizing a group dinner of this size isn't easy, especially at a smaller, high-quality restaurant, and they handled everything with clarity, patience, and flexibility. Expectations were clearly set, questions were answered promptly, and adjustments to our group size were accommodated smoothly, even close to the date. That level of service already sets them apart. Now, the food. As someone who is half Italian and deeply appreciative of traditional Italian cooking, I was genuinely impressed. The dishes are prepared in a classic, authentic style, not Italian-American. Sauces are balanced and clean, not garlic-heavy, and you can tell there's respect for traditional techniques and ingredients. Everything tasted thoughtful, well executed, and true to its roots. Service during dinner was attentive, warm, and efficient, especially considering we were a large group. The evening flowed naturally, without feeling rushed or chaotic. Overall, Tiramisu delivers on all fronts: authenticity, quality, service, and professionalism. It's a restaurant that takes pride in what it does, and it shows. Highly recommended, especially if you appreciate real Italian cuisine done the right way.

Post an event at the Neel Performing Arts Center, I had reserved a table for 7. We arrived and were seated immediately. The servers were very responsive and attentive this Saturday early evening given they were quite busy. Our group enjoyed a delightful meal with wine, bruschetta & calamari then entrees, finished off with desserts and coffee. It was a lovely experience and we will definitely be back. I think the marsala and piccata dishes were preferred over parmigiana. Make a reservation as it's a popular place and you might have to drive back-and-forth in the parking lot to get a spot!

We had a great dinner at Tiramisu! We ordered the meatball appetizer and it had a creamy Alfredo sauce which was absolutely delicious. We also had one with fried gnocchi, burrata and prosciutto. The flavors together were great. And finally we all ate the tableside pasta wheel with pancetta. I'm unfortunately allergic to alcohol which they use to melt the cheese in the pasta wheel. They were kind enough to make mine in the kitchen without the alcohol! And we all agreed that was AMAZING!!! To top it off, we saw the actor Scott Baio eating there too! The service was also very attentive and friendly. The restaurant itself is adorable on the inside! I definitely suggest you give it a try!

Do they have Gluten free items on the menu?

Yes, we do! We offer gluten-free pasta, and you can pair it with a variety of sauces to suit your taste.

We was there a few weeks ago and the food was wonderful. But I have a question? I asked if you had sangrias and the waitress said no but this red wine was close to it. I'm trying to figure out what wine that was. Can you please help.?

It’s called bellavita, sweet red wine

I'm looking for a nice quite restaurant. Does this fit?

I would not say its quite. Its small and can get a little noisy when full. The trade off is the food is fabulous authentic Italian food with great service. I do highly recommend a reservation.… Read more

I was seated right away and intrigued by the menu, a combination for all seafood lovers is there, and since I moved here from the Washington, DC area, when I saw blue crabs as a choice, I jumped on adding that to my order. I ordered the "Feeling Crabby" boil, and figured I would be waiting a while, but that was not the case, my food arrived in less than 5 minutes, and it was HUGE. I dove right in, adhering to my long lost dad's rule of "Eat the expensive stuff first"- he would tell me and my 5 siblings that on the rare occasion that we ate out- so I went right for the blue crab. This was the only disappointing part of my whole visit. The blue crabs are tiny, like half the size of the palm of your hand, and I had never seen any that small. Back in Northern VA and MD, these would be illegal to keep, and there was literally no meat to be taken from them, so that was a letdown, so I moved on to the shrimp, which, with the Mr. & Mrs. Crab Special seasoning, was fantastic. I had no plans to eat the other stuff if I got full, but I love food and this was too good to stop now, so I forged on, trooper that I am. The sausage was quite possibly the best part of the show, it was so good that I couldn't get enough of it. The potatoes were soaked in seasoning and awesome, the corn was great, too. Man, this had me licking my lips the entire meal. Now I've been back a few more times and I prefer to make my own boil- shrimp, scallops, clams, and of course, sausage. It's a great dish and I eat every bit of it. The service is always good, and I've seen them handle difficult customers a couple of times- some customers are never pleased no matter what you do, but the staff handles them well. My only wish is that they had something besides chicken tenders to offer the non-seafood lovers. I want this because my wife doesn't like seafood and there is nothing else for her to eat there, heck, a fried chicken sandwich would do, so I can't go to this place unless my wife has other plans, which is a bummer.

I'd read mixed reviews but why pass up a casual dining place on the water?…read more I found a parking spot close by and opted to walk instead of taking the xl golf cart that they offer rides to the restaurant. It's hot out and there's a breeze and the restaurant is at a marina so lots of boats to look at while walking. When I entered the restaurant I told the desk I had a reservation and I was immediately seated. The waiter asked if I wanted a drink as he dropped off the menu and I said I'd like a minute - a place like this you really need to soak up the view. When he returned with water I ordered a draft and a couple half size happy hour appetizers to start. The oysters were good - decent size, not briny and they came with lemon, horseradish cocktail sauce and a tiny bottle of Tabasco. The conch fritters were very good, I especially liked the sauce they came with. They were crispy on the outside and soft and pretty good flavor on the inside. Decided on the fish bites appetizer for the rest of today's meal - the fish came out quick and was hot and tasted fresh. Service was great, food good.... If there's any negative it's that maybe the fryer oil is not at temp or needs changing as all the fried food seemed a little darker than I expected....still tasted good though. I'll definitely be back - had a couple good suggestions from the waiter that I can't wait to try.

We parked and walked the deck to the restaurant, we walked in and were greeted by the host, and were asked if we wanted to sit inside or out, we chose out and were led to a table on the deck, which had a beautiful view of the water, and gave us menus. Our server came and brought us water, we ordered something to drink and perused the menu. There was lots to choose from, and even though I wanted fish, I saw the burger and nearly went with that, but I decided to get the Blackened Mahi sandwich instead, I also ordered the Smoked Mahi Fish Dip as an appetizer. The fish dip came, complete with the prerequisite saltines, which I love, and while the dip was okay, it wasn't great. Not very smoky and too tuna-salady. Still, i enjoyed it, and it was a large portion. My wife ordered a burger, and they bought hers as well as my sandwich. They were both on brioche buns, and I was disappointed that the buns were not toasted- that would've made the sandwiches! My Mahi was okay, good flavor and firm flesh, I wish I had ordered black beans & yellow rice, however, as the fries were not very inspiring. We finished and got the bill, I should've asked before ordering, as the Mahi sandwich was listed as "MP," it was a whopping $28.00! While it was good, it wasn't $30 bucks good, but hey, you're paying for the view. This is a nice place inside, and the view of the water are spectacular but it is a bit pricey in my book. However, our server was awesome, as well as the staff, so I would definitely come back here.

Once seated, the waiter was very attentive throughout the entire meal. To start our meal, we ordered a a plate of the calamari, which were ok, maybe a bit more rubbery than I like. Side salads were brought out after, which were ok, nothing great, very basic. They also brought some tasty, warm garlic rolls/knotts with the salads. For my entree, I had a tough time deciding, there were a lot of good options on the menu, but I was really interested by the Cacio E Pepe, but it is only available as a meal for (2) which seemed a bit excessive. My brother and I decided to get it together, along with a side of sausage to add some protein to the meal. I've seen videos of pasta made with in a cheese wheel online several times, and have wanted to try it, but this has been my first opportunity. They bring out the cooked pasta, and prepare it in the cheese wheel at the table, which was an added bit of fun for the dining experience. overall it was a fun and tasty meal.
