The noodles were chewy and complemented well with the savoury flavours of bulgogi. The vegetables added a nice crunch to every bite. The mushrooms added a chewy and fun texture to the dish. Boneless Yangnyum Galbi was so tender. Its marinade was on the sweet side which we weren't really a fan of but we still enjoyed the dish. Pork Belly was also tender. It was thinly sliced which was quite a let down since we typically prefer pork belly sliced a bit thicker. The BBQ we ordered came with two bowls of rice and lettuce (non-refillable), ssamjang and sesame oil with black pepper and salt for dipping, and some side dishes that were refillable: kimchi, bean sprouts, cucumbers and sweet potato. The overall quality of the ingredients, especially the meats, were great. It was pretty telling how much the cooks enjoyed prepping and cooking the dishes. This place is on the pricier side which is reasonable for the quality of their food. The portions are also reasonable for their price-points. Opening Special ($6.99) x 2. For the BYOP, they didn't warn me it was medium spicy. I can handle it with a cold drink! The shrimp and penne were perfectly cooked. I loved the rose sauce.
