Located in a restored 1929 Bank, you order your smoked meats by the fraction of a pound (think Deli) I wanted a sampling of all I could, so tried the Brisket, Pork Ribs, Pork Belly Burnt Ends and Charro Beans, while my wife tried the Lone Star Platter (brisket, sausage (made in house), coleslaw). Kris the Chef (co-owner) came by the table and introduced himself and invited us to visit the BBQ Pit. At the Pit we meet up with the Pitmaster Andrew (also co-owner), where he wrangles 3 pits with a blend of hardwoods. They grew their business organically from the passion of BBQing.
