My car suddenly wouldn't start unless jumped and was making a disgusting scraping noise so I decided to try to find a mobile mechanic so I wouldn't have to drive it to a shop. I am SO happy I went this route bc I will now be using Wilson's mobile for all future car problems moving forward. The owner, Ethan, is extremely knowledgable, honest, trustworthy, and great at explaining everything in a way that's easy to understand for people like me who know next to nothing about cars--I actually learned some things in the process. In addition to that, his response time when i reached out was extremely quick which was super helpful as i was essentially stranded at home. I ended up getting a diagnostic quote on one of the issues (scraping noise which was a wheel bearing issue) from Pep Boys...and Wilson's Mobil's quote was $500+ cheaper! That's a BIG chunk of change for me! Cheaper AND more convenient than driving it to the shop--can't beat that if you ask me. I truly am so grateful for the help and top notch customer service. Skip your trip to one of the chain shops and support a small local business owned by good people who won't take advantage of you like some places will. I had concerns about a fuel/exhaust smell + started a starter swap job on my Miata that I didn't have the tools to finish, and Ethan was able to check out the smell and finish the starter swap in no time at all. Found Haynie's Garage while looking to replace an auxiliary battery on my Dodge Durango. I had the…read moremain battery replaced at a Valvoline in Lewisville. Valvoline replaced on the main battery and failed to strap it back down where it sits under the passenger seat. That's how Haynie's found it. So this cause out Durango to not start properly due to not having the auxiliary battery. I called Haynie's garage and a really nice guy answered and when I explained what I needed he went into all this detail what that auxiliary battery does. I had no clue. Found out I was talking the owner Chris. Super nice and absolutely knowledgeable. They close at 5:30pm and I got there at 4pm for the battery and to have my oil changed. No problem. I didn't ask for the oil change til I arrived and he said he had literally just used the last oil filter on a Jeep but would get one right over and was apologetic. That was absolutely fine with me and I didn't mind waiting. Chris also told me that he found my battery was not strapped down from Valvoline. This garage is off a dirt road since he moved to this newer location. His shop is sits off the road but it's still easy to find with a GPS. It's worth the trip. Haynie's Garage is absolutely awesome. I will only take my vehicles here from now on.

She took it to Crash Champions (formerly Service King) where they told her it was impossible to repair due to the location of the dent. They quoted her almost $3k for an entire new door and still were adamant that a dent repair couldn't be done. We were referred to Jose at PDR-TX who responded to my emails immediately. Jose advised he could take care of this dent no problem and my wife brought her vehicle in that same day. A little over an hour later and $75 less, her vehicle looks like new. No evidence that the dent ever existed! This place saved us a lot of grief and even more $$$. We won't go anywhere else but here for dent repairs in the future.
