Work began around that time but was not resolved until May 4th, nearly a month past the original deadline. Even at that point, the issues were significant: the entire right side of the car was not functioning correctly, the DSP inputs were configured wrong, and the speakers were installed in the wrong locations (higher-quality drivers belong in the front doors...). Scheduling delays, largely on DJ's end, pushed things to May 4th, at which point I sought a second opinion. The new shop walked me through the deficiencies in detail and made clear what had been done incorrectly, including a stripped bolt connecting the seat to the floor. Given that I had already paid a substantial sum for substandard work, they were professional and transparent throughout the process and had it done in two days.

Once he opened the back he had every product he needed and his own water and power. My car looked nicer than it did the day I left the lot! I haven't deep cleaned my car since before winter had started and there was a lot of deep muddy mess and left over road grime that needed to be addressed. Also, the black plastic trim on my exterior needed to be brought back to life. I have a 2016 Ford Explorer, have a small child and often travel with our two very hairy dogs. Art was able to remove stains that had been set in my seat for years, all the dog hair, and baby crumbs! And the best part is, because he's mobile, I didn't even have to leave my home, he was able to do my entire detailing service in my driveway while I waited for him to finish in the comfort of my own home. No awkward waiting rooms or having to lug a baby around. I would recommend Art to anybody needing a detail. The website was easy to understand, the packages were reasonable, he was timely, easy to work with, scheduling was very simple, and he was honest with what he felt could realistically be accomplished in the vehicle.
