After finally showing up they come once in April and once in May....then NOTHING. They do not come at all in June. Finally on July 13th I call to cancel services and explain how they never show up (and also that our bug issue wasn't resolved anyway) and the agent tells me that I am signed up for services every 2 months and not every month! What!? Why would I do that- totally inaffective. So she says she has cancelled the account and all is good. So TODAY is SATURDAY July 24th- I wake up at 8:15 am to see an email saying that Orkin came to my vacation rental property at 7AM!!! Guests have windows without curtains and even when we had service with them they were told they could only come week days between 10am and 4pm!!! Now I'm getting calls from very angry people that they woke up to a creeper outside of their windows at 7am. Orkin is the absolute WORST! Currently spending another hour of my life on the phone with them to try YET AGAIN to cancel services with them. I was just given apologies (which are worth nothing) and reassured that now it definitely is cancelled. DO NOT HIRE ORKIN. BUNCH OF CLOWNS

Brandon came to our house because we had a SKUNK under our house. He came, brought a trap, went…read moreunder the house, found the SKUNK, took a picture of it with his phone , set the trap and came to the back door to explain what he did. We had lots of questions, he answered them all and told us he wanted to check the trap every weekday. He checked it every weekday and on/or about the third day he caught the SKUNK. Hw e told us there might be a second SKUNK and we asked what to do. He replied that he would reset the trap which he did every weekday for three weeks. Another SKUNK was not found but we feel sure that as Brandon told us, it either left or left and went out on the highway and was killed. Hubby and I have been married almost 53 years. We have had all types of service people in or around our home to do various things. NOBODY , and I mean NOBODY has ever done as good or as complete a job as Brandon did. If I were His supervisor I would give him a raise or at least give him an extra week off with pay. He gets the job done but is a wonderful advertisement for Thompson Brothers .
