There is next to no handicap parking, (far less than a hospital should have, at any rate) and the Valet is often not there, like to take your car, or to bring it back. I've noticed on super busy days they only have one valet at the stand in front of the Building Q. So cars and people waiting to retrieve their cars are stacked up waiting on one poor valet to hustle around getting everyones cars taken care of. The valet service needs to HIRE more people and PAY them better so they stay with the company. This screams bad management. No one should be the only person at a valet stand. Especially not at a busy hospital when people have appointments to get to on time, and there is next to no ADA parking.

We waited a short time and then we were called in to be seen by Dr. Iliana Harrysson. She was absolutely fabulous. I felt like we were in good hands and we were being seen, heard and understood. She recommended we go to a clinic closer to our house next time. But, I would rather drive far to see her and be in good hands, then drive close and have a different Dr. Thank you Express Care for exceeding my expectations!

With a typical large healthcare chain like PP, you'd be nervous about the care you're about to receive. At least this would be the case for me, given the uncertainty about their working hours, pay, the amount of clients they see on a day-to-day basis, and how it affects their performance in the long run for future clients. But this PP has exceeded every single one of my expectations. I came in feeling down, nervous, and sick as a dog, and left feeling like they draped a warm fuzzy blanket over me. They were very communicative about my concerns and questions, and seemed like they understood everything I was saying. If these girls WERE having a bad day, you would NOT have been able to tell. Like, at all. I will genuinely remain forever grateful for the level of care I got here.
