Just received my results via text. A secure link was sent out by a third party. I'm wondering why it has taken nearly a month.

The Hospital and staff are fantastic…read more The main issue is the parking. There is next to no handicap parking, (far less than a hospital should have, at any rate) and the Valet is often not there, like to take your car, or to bring it back. I've noticed on super busy days they only have one valet at the stand in front of the Building Q. So cars and people waiting to retrieve their cars are stacked up waiting on one poor valet to hustle around getting everyones cars taken care of. The valet service needs to HIRE more people and PAY them better so they stay with the company. This screams bad management. No one should be the only person at a valet stand. Especially not at a busy hospital when people have appointments to get to on time, and there is next to no ADA parking.

I was welcomed to fill out a slip stating why we were there by Christian. He was very nice and compassionate to why we were there. He said he would have the nurse review our request. We waited a short time and then we were called in to be seen by Dr. Iliana Harrysson. She was absolutely fabulous. I felt like we were in good hands and we were being seen, heard and understood. She recommended we go to a clinic closer to our house next time. But, I would rather drive far to see her and be in good hands, then drive close and have a different Dr. Thank you Express Care for exceeding my expectations!

I went in yesterday for a stressful procedure, and I can't say enough how everyone was so incredibly understanding and receptive, from the front desk receptionist, to the intake nurse that did my questioning, to the nurse that medicated me, to the NP that did my ultrasound, to the girl that guided me to and from the procedure room, all the way to the doctor that did my procedure (Dr. Rasmussen I think her name was, although don't quote me on that) Every single step of the way (a 4-6 hour visit btw), I felt so protected and accounted for. With a typical large healthcare chain like PP, you'd be nervous about the care you're about to receive. At least this would be the case for me, given the uncertainty about their working hours, pay, the amount of clients they see on a day-to-day basis, and how it affects their performance in the long run for future clients. But this PP has exceeded every single one of my expectations. I came in feeling down, nervous, and sick as a dog, and left feeling like they draped a warm fuzzy blanket over me. They were very communicative about my concerns and questions, and seemed like they understood everything I was saying. If these girls WERE having a bad day, you would NOT have been able to tell. Like, at all. I will genuinely remain forever grateful for the level of care I got here. If you guys are looking for a top quality PP clinic, please PLEASE consider this one (the Alameda) and the Mar Monte one. PROTECT THESE LADIES AT ALL COST!!! They're absolute sweethearts.

As you get older, birth control and reproductive health decisions feel more complex, and the staff always take the time to explain options clearly and without judgment. Everything they guided me through when I was younger still adds up today, and I'm grateful for the consistent care over the years. I feel especially lucky to live in California, knowing not everyone has access to this level of care. The staff are always kind, patient, and professional, and they make the entire process easy to understand and stress-free. Being able to come in on a Saturday is also a huge plus and makes appointments much more accessible.

Dr. Bui operated on both of my feet so great that only the day after surgery I had slight pain and that was it! As of the second day, I was able to walk around without any pain or discomfort. For my first procedure he gave me various painkillers, anti inflammatory, ... Not only I didn't find the need to take them, for the second procedure I asked him not to prescribe me any medications as I wouldn't need any. To me, these were magical procedures. If I had not experienced this on my own, I wouldn't believe anyone's advice! I feel lucky and grateful for being referred to Dr. Bui by my nephew. Dr. Bui is also my sister's specialist as well yet referred by my nephew. Now, we have an outstanding family doctor. Appreciate it Dr. Bui!

Didn't eat solid food from December till after the surgery in mid march. The team of surgeons and drs kept telling me different things then telling me in was to weak to have surgery after waiting over a month. Then it got to a point where they realized they had no choice 3.5 months later. And since i have kaiser insurance i was stuck with kaiser drs. finally scheduled a surgery mid march. I had to back and forth with these drs for months begging to be seen and to have surgery . In the mean time lost tones of my hair do to having zero food . Because i had to use the bathroom non stop for month its now caused prolapse now. And lost 30 pounds and was beyond weak. I was fortunately a very strong person going in other wise I probably would have died. Please don't go to this hospital. Its a bunch of people who don't want to treat you. They dont read notes they mess up booking you a room when you do have surgery. Not one can put in a iv to save your life or theirs . You name it it went wrong .
