Replaced 4 toilets in our house and the upstairs toilet apparently had a crack in the…read moreseal and whole upstairs bathroom soaked with water that then leaked through the ceiling into the downstairs bathroom and damaged ceiling. Michael- the manager came to look at it and was so condescending to me and told me any time you change a toilet "a few drops of water come out". This wasn't a few drops of water- it was gallons of water to the point ceiling underneath it damaged and will need to be replaced. Told me they wouldn't take care of it. The actual plumber, Josh, was very nice and professional. The manager- horrible chauvinistic man. Never will I use this company again.
