When we received a notice from the water company that we had an extremely high reading we had no idea who to call. This situation became extremely stressful for us as we live in Delaware and know absolutely no contractors in South Carolina. The next door neighbor to the property recommended Mike and USA Plumbing II due to the success of a project he completed for her friend. He responded personally within hours, checked on the problem and supplied us with a diagnosis and a plan. He scheduled the work for a few days later but when I called to tell him the water was now making the carpet wet inside the house, he adjusted his schedule to complete the work sooner. He even took the time to show our girls how to turn the water off at the meter when not being used. Mike answered every single phone call and treated me with great respect. He explained things on a level I could understand and sent me pictures every step of the way. In the end there was not just one, but three leaks under the foundation and he and his crew did not stop until they were all found and repaired. They were at our house until late in the evening and they cleaned up when they were finished. This level of service is very hard to find. Mike's prices were reasonable and he and his crew were an absolute pleasure to work with. If I could give these incompetents negative stars I would. They don't deserve even the one. Called 8 days ago to see if they could install some appliances I was having delivered. Was assured they could multiple times. Was very explicit about what I needed. Called again Thursday to move the appt to Monday as the appliance delivery guys didn't show up. Had the same conversation. After watching the appliance delivery guys move the stuff into the place on Friday, called again to make sure whoever they were sending out could actually do it and move the appliances. Was told, "Oh no problem, they'll have a dolly and can move things". 10:30 Tuesday, USA calls me up, says someone will be there in 30 mins. 30+ mins go by. Get another call saying that person was re-routed and they'd send someone later. 1pm door rings, no call. Guy says "I'm here for an estimate". No. I want the work done, today, not an estimate. I explain what needs doing, they inform me they can't install the appliances because they can't move them. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot? Guy gets the owner on the phone, says nope we don't do that, just leave. I explain I called over a week ago, and multiple times in between, and was assured every time this could be done. Owner says, like the clueless moron he is, "we just got your call yesterday". WRONG. Owner doesn't even know what's going on in his own business. Clearly the people I talked to on the phone MULTIPLE TIMES do not understand what's going on in the business. Actual plumbers who showed up seemed fairly clueless as well and unable to complete simple tasks. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS "business". IT SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS. read more

I needed to remodel my bathroom. I had a leak and the vanity was ruined so decided this would be the time to remodel. I got three estimates and USA Plumbing was not the highest, but it was not the lowest either. However, I had an estimate in two days while it took up to two weeks from the other two. I called the Better Business Bureau and the gave them a very high rating so I went with USA and have not been disappointed. They use quality products (Delta, Sherman Williams paint) and wanted me to have a say in each step of the remodel. They were considerate of my schedule and efficient in their time. The guys who came to my condo were professional, friendly, and helpful. I am very pleased with the finished bathroom and would recommend them to anyone. I had what turned out to be an extremely complicated plumbing issue. After having plumbers at "advertised" companies attempt to fix it, they failed. I called USA plumbers and Mike came out and fixed it perfectly. The first plumber I googled took 3 hours to tell me they can't fix it. But Mike came to my home and knew exactly what he was doing and fixed it quickly with no problems. The experience, quality and price are unmatched by this company.
