I arrived at the time of my appointment. I planned to arrive 15 mins early, but due to several areas of roadwork on the way there I made it right on time. When I walked in the receptionist told me that I'm expected to be there 30 mins early and she's not sure they can even take me anymore. Another woman walked in after me for an appt at the same time, and the receptionist sighed loudly and put her head down in disgust. She called someone on the phone and complained about how we just showed up and asked if they could still take us. They said yes. It then took the same receptionist approximately 5 mins to check me in and send me back for imaging. While I understand it takes time to check people in and it helps if patients are early I can't comprehend telling someone who shows up on time that they might not get seen. I would expect being told there may be a wait. The front desk staff are unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. If they have issues that require patients to be that early they should book appointments according to that time. I'm honestly not sure I will come back here next year. It's unfortunate because the techs are amazing, kind and friendly.

Yes, I got the text to "please arrive early" and did the best I could and would have made it a little earlier if it wasn't for the heavier than expected traffic. They should make the appt time 15 minutes earlier than the actual "table time" and not cause unnecessary delay in testing or make the customer reschedule their lives because of their inadequate scheduling system. I was allowed to get my Bone scan and that tech told me it was because they are "short staffed today" so that's the reason, I thought to myself, not what I wanted to hear. The waiting room wait is usually not long though I tend to schedule either very early or very late when it's not busy. The MRI machines here are clean. I haven't had any issues. They prep you well and ensure you get earplugs and the an additional ear muffs over your ears. They give you a blanket to keep you warm and if you need additional they will give them to you. I've had many brain MRIs, an elbow MRI (external MRI where you only place elbow in and you sit in a chair), CT scans, X-rays, ultrasounds and more. My experience is always a good one. The staff are friendly and caring. The temperature is fine in here. NOTE: effective January 1, 2026 this location and all RAI locations have changed over to Princeton Radiology. They will merge all patient files together. I am ok with this as I always like Princeton Radiology on Quakerbridge road.

When I told my doctor about the trouble I had scheduling an MRI, she recommended this facility. I took her advice, called ImageCare Brems, and had an appointment in just 4 days. The office is quite small, calm, quiet, unhurried, with a very personal approach. The receptionist was very welcoming and offered her help while I was completing paperwork on their iPad (I didn't need it, but the offer was appreciated). The MRI tech was also very pleasant and efficient. The suite itself is decorated in beautiful scenic murals, very unlike the mostly sterile-appearing environment found in the hospital radiology suite. I was in and out of the facility within 45 minutes, receiving exceptional care during that time period. I was 100% satisfied with this experience and plan to seek all my radiologic needs at ImageCare Brems going forward.

Over the phone gave me an up-front total price of $350 for the service I needed, because "using your insurance - the deductible would be so much higher'. Asked twice if that was the full price. Day of, they showed up 20 minutes late, took my payment, asked for ID and insurance. Assured me that they weren't billing the insurance, just needed it for records. Guess what I received a week later - a denial of claim as out of network and a bill for $2200+. They ran my insurance and now expect me to pay them over $2200. Don't fall for the "it's one price and so much cheaper than your deductible' scam. On top of that the report sent to my Dr said that I had no gallbladder. I most certainly do. So their results are as questionable as their manner of doing business.

In the most recent case, I had to have emergency surgery the week before and needed a surgical follow-up at the same time as my scheduled cardio appointment. I was told that the next available time was in +3 months. This after waiting more than 3 months for the visit I needed to reschedule. Clearly they are not too concerned about patient well being if the practice is willing to defer patient care that extent. I previously had excellent cardiologists in Morristown and Doylestown, and was always able to be seen as needed in under 3 weeks. Dr Parikh is good enough when you can see him, but this level of service, for such a vital health function, is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere to ensure timely service.
