After cleaning it, they left several large bleach stains and claimed they were caused by a chemical reaction from a cleaning product we must have previously used. They then charged us a few hundred dollars to dye the carpet back to its original color. After three attempts, the dye still did nothing. They refused to refund us for the dye and falsely claimed we had said we were satisfied with the results. Their response was rude and unprofessional. I'm leaving this review to warn others about our experience.

He loaded the rest of the rugs into his van for the service to wash in the factory, as they were more delicate. He was very careful to call his company and consult them about whether the rugs should be taken in or washed on site. The only thing is that ZeroRez only sends out one employee per service, so I had to help him carry the furniture off the rugs and one of the heavy rugs to the van. I heard their ad on the Bill Handel morning show and gave them a try and they were great. The guy arrived right on time, called first, and brought back the rug exactly when he said he would. If the stains aren't too bad, they can do it right in the home. But my rugs had to be deep steam cleaned to get the poop off. Nary a spot was visible when they brought them back. They charge by size so the bigger the rug, the higher the price. The bigger rug around 7x9 was $200, the smaller rug was less. The guy comes in a truck and measures it right there. I will have all my rugs cleaned by Zerorez.
