I'll preface this by saying they do a great job at actually cleaning, and I've used them for many many years. I've spent $1,000's on cleanings every few months. However there are many unexplained inconsistencies and issues with actually running the business. On one occasion they were early and requested to change the time, and another they were late requesting to change the time. As a service provider, it's important to be on time as indicated. Recently we also had an issue where I was billed a higher amount than usual, when we inquired with the tech we were told they had not raised prices and were going off previous invoices. However when contacting the scheduler she said they had raised their prices. I asked why there was a discrepancy between the two and the question went unanswered with no logical explanation. In addition they charge the same amount of an area rug that has nothing on it versus an area rug that has a master bed on it with 1/4 of a rug showing. How on earth does that equate to $70-$80, when literally there is almost no rug to clean. In the end for 6 normal sized area rugs I paid $430. With zero carpet. I called and got a quote today for $300 with a five star company. In addition, I found the owner to be rude, lacking in communication skills and unprofessional. Being a loyal customer to them will get you nowhere sadly. (I also referred many clients as well). You'll get a good cleaning, but at the sacrifice of professionalism. read more

Only reason I'm giving two stars is because the gentlemen who came to clean were really nice but unfortunately I paid money for stain removal on carpets in two rooms and both did not come out. Thought that was kind of funny seeing as how when I called to schedule the appointment the lady told me that they usually don't do spot cleaning because it cleans too well and it wouldn't match the rest of the carpet.
