I don't think they allow you to visit anymore unless you have an appointment which you can make on their website fairly easily. If you do the guest version of this to make an appointment (aka you don't have an account), make sure to make note of when your appointment is or the confirmation code because I didn't receive any reminders of my appointment until the morning of. I didn't know they had appointments as early as 6am which is very convenient because I know before, it was so hard to get an appointment at this location and the line to wait would be so long. I made my appointment for 6:30am and came right on time. They send you a text message with a link you can use to check-in on. Once I checked in, I walked inside and the waiting area was clean with a good amount of seating. They renovated it since the last time I was here so it is pretty much no contact with anyone until it's time for your testing. They have kiosks you can also check in on. Once I was inside, I saw my name on the screen and was called within 2 minutes. Got my tests done within 5 minutes and was out in less than 10! Great location!

If you make an appointment online and provide all your information, you receive a text about 30 minutes to tell you to check in when you get there. It allows you to check in about 5 minutes before your appointment. If you have a 10:00am appt and show up at 8:00 am, you're going to end up on the waitlist OR you'll be able to check in at 9:55am. They know how many appointments they can handle and the first time we were there, someone came out and told the waiting room that they could not take any more walk ins. My veins are horrible and I can only have draws on one side. I was a little worried, but the tech was very patient and found the perfect spot. She got what she needed and had perfect blood flow without having to stick me more than once. My appointment was at 8 am, I was home by 8:19am. I was taken in at 8:02 am. No place is perfect, but I will definitely do my blood work there when necessary.

We had an appointment at noon, but due to a system glitch, our mobile check-in didn't register inside. When I went up to inquire, I met Ms. Augustina, and she was an absolute angel. Not only was she friendly and accommodating about the system error, but she was incredibly understanding when I explained my husband's anxiety. To make matters worse, I realized we had left the doctor's lab order at home. Instead of turning us away, Ms. Augustina kindly told me to hurry home, grab the documents, and come right back. When I returned, her patient and soothing demeanor completely put my husband at ease. She went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable, and because of her gentle approach, she was able to successfully draw his blood. We are quick to leave negative reviews when things go wrong, but incredible service like this deserves to be recognized. I am immensely grateful to Ms. Augustina for turning a highly stressful situation into a smooth, positive experience. This location is lucky to have her!

You can schedule an appt ahead of time online or do a walk in. I scheduled my appointment online. Once inside you check in at the kiosk. I was waiting less than 10 minutes when I was called in. Carroll was great! I always bruise and I didn't with her! She found my veins easily. Not everyone has the talent to find veins, insert the needle in the correct place and be able to draw blood fluently, but the whole process was painless with her. I was in and out in no time!

I am deeply disturbed by my son's experience at this Kumon location and feel obligated to warn other parents. The environment is awful. The air conditioning barely works, so it's almost always hot and muggy. The space is bland and depressing, more like a jail cell than a place for children to learn. Staff behavior is completely unprofessional. I witnessed inappropriate physical contact with children, including touching their heads and aggressively tapping or slapping their hands. Basic hygiene is also ignored, children are not allowed to properly wash their hands and are told to rely only on hand sanitizer, with no visible hand-washing signage, which appears to violate OSHA sanitation standards. When the bathroom "wasn't working," children were forced to walk to Publix to use the restroom, essentially unsupervised and led by an untrained teenager. Bullying was also allowed to continue with no intervention from staff. The breaking point was Saturday, 1/24/26, when I picked up my son and found him in tears, screaming, crying, and begging me to never make him return. I am heartbroken and I absolutely blame myself for ever subjecting my child to this environment. This place is not disciplined or rigorous, it is harmful. Please do not bring your child here. Mind you this is my 7 year old son who has been attending since he was 5 and finally spoke up due to the bullying, he'd been scared to say anything all this time out of fear of Ms.Mahir and Ms.Mui.

Instead of waiting days, I decided to drop by this location and setup an appointment. Everything now is automated via a self-help kiosk in the lobby. This must be due to COVID, giving customers a contactless experience. However, there was no one in the lobby and the employees were very nice and accommodating. I told them what I was trying to do and what I needed. They were awesome and agreed to check me in and complete the blood sample on the spot. I'm thankful for their on this day!

Sending your son or daughter here is a disservice to them and a betrayal of your duty as a parent. The lead teacher and her assistants demonstrate outright disdain for the children entrusted to their care. I personally observed the lead teacher frequently absorbed in her phone, visibly frustrated, audibly sighing, and openly complaining that she could no longer tolerate the classroom. On one occasion, she even told my child's shadow that the class was "hell" and that she "couldn't take it anymore." Such language is appalling and utterly unprofessional. My son, only three years old, attended this school with a shadow. What she reported was alarming: children left unsupervised, running in circles without direction, crying and being ignored, while staff remained glued to their phones. There was no structure, no leadership, and no genuine care. The most degrading incident occurred when I dropped my son off at 8:30 a.m. I overheard the teacher loudly tell another staff member, "This is the sick boy with problems." My child was publicly labeled and ridiculed by the very person paid to nurture and protect him. I was stunned into silence. When I picked him up later that same day, he reeked of urine. His pants were dry, but his socks and shoes were soaked, and not a single one of the three spare outfits I had provided had been used. This was not an accident--it was negligence. To make matters worse, I found the teacher outside, holding another crying child by the arms like an object, while laughing and chatting with a colleague. This was not only cruel but a clear act of mistreatment. When I attempted to escalate my concerns to the school director, I was met with arrogance, indifference, and blatant disregard.
