The management has gotten aggressive targeting families of small children. Children/Toddlers are not allowed to play in front of their own homes. This is in fact insane. DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN, they are only allowed to play inside and that's NOT how I want to raise my 4 year old daughter. Children deserve to thrive and play outdoors safely supervised by their parents without being harassed by management. This is in fact no longer a family friendly park. Make it a 55+ neighborhood again because that's the rules you have now enforced for.

The sales people like Sabrina thinks it's OK to take pictures of minors in bathing suits from her personal camera and print them and hang them in public walkways for all to see!!! She's disgusting to say the least! Residential walkways are being barricaded in so homeowners cannot use them walkways as intended, unfortunately, an elderly woman was hit by a car and died earlier last year, while trying to take a walk. I believe if our walkways would have been open for her to use, her death would have been prevented. Our walkways were the only safe space for us residence to use the pool, clubhouse, dog park and gave us access to our amenities in the club house. The lack of care this management team has for the community is a disgrace! Also- " Huntington Beach By The sea " has hired a tow company " D.T.S. Towing " to tow away any car On Our Street as all of our streets are considered fire lanes " both sides . we as homeowners are not allowed to park in front of our houses for any good reason, not to unload groceries or if we have a handicap plaque sign in your car, not if your car is running it can be towed. UPS can be towed, Amazon can be towed, Uber eats can be towed, the park is hired this company to tow every car on all streets, when talking with. D.T.S. Towing they said they were hired by Huntington Beach By The sea management. I understand inflation and we have to pay more every year to live here but, I believe we pay more and more and we're getting less and less as far as professionalism and leadership from your employees ..." DO BETTER HOMETOWN AMERICA " your employees are an absolute embarrassment. We as residential homeowners expect better because we had it before this management crew.! We decided to try Mobile Home Doctors and I'm so glad we did. We got a reply right away- they came and looked at everything, gave us an estimate, and got right to work! After calling the other place over and over trying to get them to come out- it was so amazing and such a relief to have someone responding and actually getting stuff done. Jeff was great and explained everything he was doing- He went above and beyond! Even noticed some small projects we had been putting off and offered to finish them up as well. It was a great experience and we are really happy with the final product. Highly recommend and we will be calling them again for any future work we need done.

He really goes out of his way to take care of the residents. This is a great park! My husband and I share a home with our son, his wife and 6yr. old daughter. We have 3 vehicles and one is a large truck/van. It's a little tight, but it works. If we have guests that need to park on the street, we just let the office know. No problem. If we absolutely need to park over night in a guest spot, it is fine. It's all about communication and being a good neighbor. And speaking of neighbors, they are really nice! Friendly but not too nosy. Everyone sort of keeps an eye out for each other. This is a family park but you wouldn't know it. The kids are all well behaved and considerate. Not rowdy, rude or noisy. All in all, this has been a really pleasant, relaxing and nice place to call home. We have lived here for 3 years and don't plan on moving any time soon.
