I went through the drive through today twice. Frist time they didn't have my order. They wished me a nice day and walked away while I sat there. The second time (15 minutes later, with a new order through their app), I was given my order by two clearly less than happy employees. When I received my order, I said "It might be a good idea to let customers know you don't accept Uber Eats orders or to take your business off of their app". She stated she would let management know. I asked to speak with the manager, who wouldn't even come out to speak with me. The employee (a new hire) came back and I got "you have a nice day!" and she walked away. No I'm sorry for the confusion, no thanks for your order or your patience, nothing. After multiple times going through their drive through, I've seen nothing but attitude, and rudeness. They gave the impression I was inconveniencing them from something else. I will be taking my business elsewhere. *FYI: If you place an order through Uber Eats, you'll never get it (You will get charged though). Even though their business is listed with them, they don't take orders from them. But they won't make customers aware of this and not remove themselves from the Uber app.

They have great customer service and have even gotten to know my name and order by now. However, today I dealt with a heavy-set white man, and he was incredibly rude. He was extremely short with me and made my drink so terribly that I immediately threw it in the trash. I couldn't be bothered to go back and ask him to remake it because, frankly, I didn't want to deal with his attitude anymore, and I knew he wouldn't make it any better than the first time. I don't know what was worse, the drink or the way I was treated. Not to mention, while I was waiting for my drink (for a ridiculously long time, might I add), I saw him yelling at the other staff and treating them just as terribly, if not worse, than he treated me. A GROWN man yelling at his TEENAGE staff. It was truly baffling. I hope that next time I come through, I am greeted by someone, ANYONE, other than this man.

Colleen thought that we had ordered a chocolate croissant, when we had actually ordered a cake pop. When we asked for a refund, she threw the croissant on the table and grabbed a cake pop for us. She would not admit that she had made a mistake and tried to make us feel stupid for even asking. We are now 40 cents short of what we were before because she had made a mistake and wouldn't admit to it. NEVER coming back, just because of colleen and her attitude while ordering your food.
