She helped us understand the promotions available during the President's Day sale. I went looking for some info on the different mattresses and also looking for a new pillow. The staff were amazingly helpful. We discusses the good and bad of Tempurpedic and the many different options. When I said I wanted to buy a pillow and pointed out one I was interested in, the salesman asked me a series of questions and actually recommended a different style and was less than half the cost and actually works better for me. When the day comes that I buy a new mattress, this is the place I will go to.

No refunds, no questions asked. My wife and I requested to return the mattress that we bought which was $2599, for personal and financial reasons. They offered for me to pay 25% of the original purchase, $650, just to opt out of the contract. That is INSANE. The to just exchange the mattress for another one, the changed me 15% of the original purchase, which is almost $400. We we're screwed either way and HAD to pay one of the fees. We were FORCED to pay $400 to get a mattress from there because we were not gunna pay $650 to get no mattress. On top of paying $400, we had to wait an entire MONTH for the mattress to be delivered. You would think that with all the extra HUNDREDS of dollars we spent, we would get express shipping.... ABSOLUTELY NOT. Milton, the salesman we were dealing with, had ABSOLUTELY NO SYMPATHY for our situation, even though he knew the mattress was being delivered a month late. He was very rude and unapologetic. His customer service was exceptionally horrible and Unprofessional. We will ABSOLUTELY NEVER do business with them again and we will NEVER refer our friends and family to use them. No team members at this site are wearing masks, there is no signage about Covid protocol or following of any basic Covid protocol in this store, likely because the state of Louisiana has lifted almost all Covid restrictions. I requested the items be refunded so I could use my credit account for items I can actually use. As this will affect my credit, if not honored I will have to pursue legal action against the company. It sucks that I now have to dedicate real time to this when the problem came from the American Freight side.

The salesman told me both were in stock and could be delivered the next day. I requested a delivery two days later than he offered. The day before, as promised, he called, (with what should have been a 2 hr delivery timeframe) only to tell me the frame had not arrived and that he would update me. Two days later I phoned to find out where my bed was only to be told they didn't even have said full size adjustable frame at all! They happily offered to provide me with a regular box springs and metal frame the next day at the same cost. Needless to say I was appalled at this bait and switch tactic and cancelled my order. I consider my self a savvy and informed shopper who does my due diligence before purchasing costly items. I expected more from this firm, who has good Yelp Reviews. I would avoid this store and especially any "promotional sales" from this company
