However, when we were there in April, 2024, he got bitten by a dog. The clerk and her friend paid no attention and made no effort to control the dog. My husband became upset and they threw him out of the store! When my husband came back to our hotel room, he was clearly shaken by how he had been treated. The dog bit right through his pants and into his leg. We didn't know any urgent care centers in the area, so went to CVS. The pharmacist told us if we didn't go to urgent care, we needed to put a lot of antibiotic ointment on the wound, bandage it and be very watchful about infection. We did not enjoy those days and don't think of Saratoga Springs as fun anymore. I emailed the store about the incident and got no reply. No apology, nothing. All the stores and restaurants in Saratoga Springs will miss us.

I know he had to also take the time to talk to the vet to get the dosing right. The next day when I picked up the script, he asked how my dog was doing. You really don't get service like this anymore, anywhere. The person who rang me out was nice and the pharmacy itself is cute with random stuff. The first time I purchased products online, I was sent another person's order. I understand mix-ups happen, but this isn't an amazon.com distribution center with thousands of orders per day.
