Exceptional service and experience. I did 2 apartment building roofs with husky roofing. Johnny was my primary contact and my entire experience with the company has been excellent. Quoted price was fair and detailed. The jobs started ahead of schedule. The company runs multiple crews so there is good flexibility in starting time and capacity. Tear off was done quick and efficiently. Each day the crew uses a large magnetic roller to pick up nails that may have fallen off the building during demolition. Weather forecast turned suddenly and there was expected rain in the night. At 10pm the crew rushed to Home Depot to purchase tarps and waterproofed the roof to protect it. They worked all night until 2 am to get it done just as rain started. Amazing dedication. Roof installation was done with great workmanship. I understand roofs and their shingle layout and waterproofing were great. They replaced and painted all the metal vents on top and ensures the flashings where roofs met wall were done properly. Installation was also extremely fast and passed rough and final inspections on both roofs first try. Extra decking that was required to repair discovered damage and the tarp was an extra charge however their pricing was extremely reasonable. I had no issue to pay for what is ensuring a solid finished product and preventing hidden damages. 10/10 would do business again. read more
