Before I could finish explaining the problem, he began pulling our dryer out onto the Saltillo floor tiles to access the washer. I politely asked him to wait, explaining that I was concerned about protecting the tiles, and offered to lay down a drop cloth if he didn't have one in his truck -- at which point he abruptly said he was unwilling to work on my washer and launched into a story of how a customer had unjustly accused him of damaging their floor and had sued him. Daniel is the owner and will work with you, as you know finances are tight for just about everyone these days, we'd been without a working septic for weeks. I had been told that Franks Septic had several big jobs at the time I called, not to count on any field work being done till early next month, we'll, Daniel made certain to get out here between jobs and repair the main leach line, bring in dirt, rocks and paper for getting the entire job done correctly the first time around. What id thought would take a few days they had it done in just less than two hours. Amazing. Its almost 100 degrees mind you. The owner doesn't have to do this kind of work but he knew we were showering outside with a bucket and took care to ensure we could shower regularly now! We had Daniel (the owner, as there's two Daniel's that work within the company) and Gideon working out here to get things up and running. Both Daniel s and the other employees are passionate about what they do and take the time to explain every detail. Id been told I needed a part in the past via another company but when I asked Daniel he said he'd check the system, he showed me where I had that part already installed so there was no need to put in another one. Daniel kept in contact with me several times throughout the week to let me know where they were and to drop off supplies for the job, I was in constant contact with someone whether it was Daniel or Nicole back at the office. Really great communication, very professional, just an all around pleasant family owned and run company. They don't take shortcuts. You'll have the work done right the first time. Not Daniel the technician, I had an issue…read moreyesterday 7/29/26 after my technicians left, my air conditioner wasn't cooling great, it was when they left though, so Daniel definitely did a wonderful job, so I felt horrible to have to call back and request them to come back just to do a recheck on my air conditioner, not the technicians fault at all, when I called Leonards I'm assuming it was the owner that answered, I told him the situation, and I wasn't sure what to do? He very rudely replies "Well, if the pads are wet there is nothing else we can do!", I said to him, "I don't know if the pads are wet! How am I supposed to know that", he tells me "if you be quiet I'll tell you", wow! I laughed to myself because how I wish I could have spoke to a customer like that whenever I felt like it, when the technicians initially came out all was good when they left, but it was then little by little I could feel warm air,and I know my air conditioner, I know when something is not right, so the technician Daniel comes back out, I explain to him it's 87 degrees inside my house, he goes up on the roof, and does whatever, when came back down the temperature had began to come down, this was in noway Daniel's fault, in the first place, shit happens, but for whatever reason, the temp came down, but I was so upset at the way Leonard had spoke to me, I felt like I maybe was a little ticked off when Daniel came but not at him, but because I was dying of heat, and could not believe I had given my business to this business because before they got paid for the job it was all cool, they would answer my phone calls, text messages the minute they got paid, no one would answer my texts, or pick up the phone until finally Leonard does, needless to say he needs customer service skills, because he has none! And just so you know the $120 they quote you for the service for ac service is only for an hour if they go over an hour they want another $120 more! Ridiculous! Because noone from that office ever stated that, ever! Daniel was the savior of the day, not Leonard or his business, I will never call them again. Unfortunately I do not want my review to be cast on Daniel, He gets 5 stars, but in good conscience I cannot give the business 5 stars, so Daniel if you read this dude, nothing to do with you, you were a good sport, wonderful technician, as a matter of fact, as I look back at previous reviews Daniel you seem to be the one people are happy with, and with having to go back up on my roof in 100 degree weather, and me dying of heat, and fuming from dealing with the business directly!
