The exam was quick, Dr. Fath knows how to get you in and out easily and is very professional/friendly. the x-rays/optical pics ? beforehand were so easy because assistant Tabitha was super patient running me through the testers. Gia and Joy were also knowledgeable about the frames and helped me to pick a pair that I'm comfortable wearing. Joy also was kind enough to give us a great discount on our lenses. Several months ago I went in to see my new doctor who barely did anything and seemed to lack confidence. She had two other workers in with her. I felt like I just got pushed through with the exception of the woman who did the tests prior. Ordering my glasses wasn't anything good or bad. There was a new guy in training when I went to pick them up. No personality whatsoever, but I wrote it off as being new. Flash ahead a few months when I went back because the frame on the way overpriced piece of plastic lenses was bent. The guy took care of me again and made me feel like I was at fault, that I'd sat on them (didn't) and it took him a lot to fix. Well, excuse me but I paid a lot of money (along with insurance), so these should last more than a few months. I won't be returning.
