Davis did it and I am very happy with the results.

I asked the…read moreoptician multiple times about what lens were in my glasses after informing them of have issues I was having with my new glasses and them trying to adjust and fix the issues. I never got a receipt either. Derek on multiple visits stated they were not high index when I asked him. Until I emailed and demanded the information they sent to lab and a receipt did I see that high index lens are in my glasses. I brought this up and he flat out said we discussed it and I wanted them. That never happened. I had previously informed them multiple times, my eyes cannot adjust to high-index materials. To ensure there was no mistake, I provided their office with over five pairs of my previous glasses as physical proof that I only wear regular plastic. I also provide my eye records for the past 4 plus years including prescription and receipts that showed last lens were reg plastic not high index. They ignored my medical needs and the physical evidence I provided them. Which has left me with a $748 pair of glasses that are unusable. On top of giving them over 6 plus months to fix the issue. On top of Derek dismissing my concerns questions and not returning phone calls. Its truly sad that as a professional he treats and does this to his patients and lies on top of it. I only wanted to be able to see.

Dr. Thomas was first class from the beginning all the way through my Lasik eye surgery! I went in…read morefor a consultation and his staff at the desk were very friendly and attentive. They do a series of tests to see if you are a candidate for Lasik and to measure your prescription to see how much your eyes have changed since your last eye doctor appointment. All the tests were standard that you see at your eye doctor and didn't hurt a bit. My eyes were -5, meaning I was near-sighted. I also suffered from astigmatism. Dr. Thomas assured me that my eyes were very healthy and I was a great candidate for the surgery. The consultation was $100 and if you aren't a candidate it is refunded. If you elect to get your surgery through his office, the money is used toward the cost of the surgery. The friendly staff were able to schedule a surgery just 3 days after the exam! I was relieved to see Dr. Thomas was able to answer all of my questions about what to expect at the surgery and the recovery time afterwards. Dr. Thomas called me personally the night before the surgery to see if I had any more questions and how I was feeling leading up to it. The day of the surgery, I was explained in detail how to take care of my eyes and how to use the eye drops prescribed to me.The surgery was a breeze! I didn't feel any pain and it only lasted 20 seconds per eye! Even walking out of the office, I had vision close to 20/20! By that evening, I was seeing crystal clear! Dr. Thomas went above and beyond! He even called me in the evening to see how my recovery was going! After a few hours, I felt like a million bucks! He has since retired. I tried to tell Lori that when I was diagnosed the Dr made it very clear I needed to take the drops every day. Whenever I said "dr" she would rudely interrupt with the dr's name. She has a very strange fascination with this guys last name. Then she would start reading something about how in 2020 Dr. Bozo wanted to see me. I interrupted, trying to state my current concern. She was unable to switch her tact from self-aggrandizement to one that is customer focused. She kept repeating some nonsense about 2020. She finally said, "now, when you come in here..." I interrupted that I was not going to set foot in that place since she was unable to listen to customers. I had a great experience at Broad View Eye Clinic who listened to me, got me in for an appt in 2 days, while also monitoring for earlier canceled appointments. If I would have waited the almost 3 weeks for the appointment, I could have suffered loss of vision due to not having glaucoma drops. Lori, working at an eye clinic, had no idea and didn't care one iota. She's too busy reciting Dr. bozo's name over and over again. The next person I talked with at this office was about transferring my records to the other clinic. They told me my prescription was expired. I had to tell her again that I have 2 glaucoma test results that need transferred. She was dumbfounded. She said they couldn't send the records because there wasn't paperwork on file. She wanted me to come pick it up a form in 7 degree weather. She was not sure if she was "allowed" to send the form via email. Seriously. Stay away from this place. They don't care about your eyes.
