I happened to make this particular appointment for a Monday morning, so I was the first and only person there for the entire duration of our sitting, which was really nice. The studio itself is very cute, clean, and well organized. The lady we worked with today was extremely friendly and worked well with my soon-to-be 4 yo daughter. You are also allowed two outfit changes in addition to what your child comes in wearing, so three different looks total. She explained a few of the promotional packages and specials they had going on, but did not push anything on me and worked with me when I explained to her what I needed. She also sat down with me and calculated whether it would be cheaper for me to go with a package or to use a coupon (which are available for download on their website) for what I was looking to purchase. The photographer actually got some impressive shots of my daughter and I'm happy with what I paid. The not-so-good: I never got a reminder call for my appointment, which I scheduled about a week and a half ahead of time. My schedule changes constantly, so when I make appointments, I really look forward to those calls to help me keep track of everything. Luckily, this was a rare occasion where my schedule for the day was wide open so I was able to remember and make it to the appointment. There are no price lists ANYWHERE, so it's kind-of difficult to figure out if in fact you are really getting a deal with all of the numbers that are being thrown at you. With the package I purchased, I was given a free one-year membership, but I was given absolutely no information in regards to what that entails. It's also $3.99/sheet to get your pictures same-day, or you can wait two weeks to receive them from their photography lab. That would have added another almost $40 to my total, which I think is ridiculous, so I'll be waiting to pick my photos up at the end of the month. I think this place replaced what was once the Picture People, which if I remember correctly was much cheaper, but this is still a lot less compared to other studios. It's great for getting routine pictures to satisfy cranky grandparents, but probably not your best bet if you're looking to do something creative and artistic. I paid $99.99 + tax for 8 sheets (regularly $20/each), one collage sheet, an additional 8x10 color pop enhanced sheet, and a year membership. Given the time it took to take the pictures, wait for them to be downloaded for viewing, and to select the pictures we wanted, it took about 45 minutes total. Expect this to be drastically longer if there is more than one appointment set for the same time.

After more than a month of wait from the time that they promised the canvas will be ready for pick-up, the store manager told me that 3 wrongly printed copies of the canvas were sent to their store and he could not figure out what was wrong with their lab. The store manager forwarded the matter to the District Manager, and the District manager also ignored this problem and did not follow through and even promised to send the canvas to my home just to make up for the inconvenience, sadly I never heard back from her nor from the Corporate Customer Service Associate that was trying to be the messenger between me and the District Manager. She also could not help and couldn't offer anything. I finally just said, the canvas portrait is yours, I just want to cancel my package but they said the 6 pieces of the 8x10's are already with me so I cannot refund anything from my deposit. This company needs to brush up with their Customer Service and atleast teach their people to have a word of honor and follow through with a complaint and have the decency to close it.
