Developing cost $15 per roll, which is average for film development (but this includes getting your negatives back- if you really don't need them, you get a cheaper price). I'm pretty happy with my photos!

Coming into Tall's with my Canon EOS60D i ask to see the two lens' in question and the rude sales person behind the counter says, no. Not wanting to make any trouble, i say, oh well could you tell me how the picture quality is? of course he says everything i can find online and is very useless to me. My complaint, on top of the rude customer service, is that they don't let the customer experience the product in question, how is the customer supposed to know if they would like to purchase the product if they aren't able to take a look at it? I mean yes lens' are expensive, but at least attach it to one of the store's camera bodies and let the customer look through the view finder, not like they're going to smash the lens on the counter.

I've lived all around the country and used labs all around the country, MoonPhoto is by far the most expensive lab I've used. $50 Toal per roll for developing, scans, and prints is pushing double what plenty of others charge. Not only that, when I dropped off my film, the cashier confirmed with me, not once, but twice, that I was getting scans, and prints, and that was over $117. Then to my shock when I was told my order was ready, I didn't see any scans, and upon asking I was told I still needed to purchase scans. This is even after explaining that I was told I was getting scans. That was an additional $80+, so I ended up paying $200 for 4 rolls. I won't be returning. Not even close to worth the cost, for how long it takes and how expensive it is.

I wanted to send them a guide print to serve as a reference but they would not let me do it and no proofing available. It was a large Giclee so I was a little concerned as I have not ever worked with a lab that refused both guide print and proof. It was a reproduction of my wife's oil painting so color matching is important to us. Communication was over the phone and email so I might have gotten better service in person. She met with me a week before to go over the details and gave us some ideas for coordinating outfits and poses. I love how family oriented she is in that she promised to remain flexible- she assured me if the weather was crummy or one if us got sick that she would be happy to reschedule. I only had to worry about my appearance after that. On the day of the shoot she did a fantastic job capturing our three-yr-old's smiles and cute moments. She even brought a few treats to keep our daughter smiling. I appreciated the extra attention so much. We also now have a beautiful family photo thanks to her. Every professional picture taken of my two children have been done at Kiddie Kandids. The staff works well with infants, toddlers and young children as well as big families. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and very understanding. They have an array of backgrounds and props to get the perfect picture. I love how you can see the picture right after it's taken and choose to keep it or not. I love how they will not be satisfied with a pose until they can get your little one to smile. You can take as many pictures until you find the right one. After you are done taking your pictures you can sit at a computer screen and order and edit them as you please. What makes this place even more wonderful is that the pictures are done in less than 30 minutes!! (Exceptions for custom frames, special orders, or for larger than 8"10). Overall we make it here every Mother's Day to take our children's photos as well as our family portrait! Love them!!
