It was a bit tricky to get the card reader to work on our stall (2nd from the left) but we were successful after a few attempts. The soap brush was extra sudsy and was great to remove all the dirt! By far the best self service car wash in Flagstaff, AZ. Great soap coverage and love they use hot water with there soaps as it cleans way better! Open 24hrs and takes cash or card. Always is kept very clean and if I don't feel like doing it myself I use the touch less automatic wash that does it for me. Vacuums seem to have better suction then other places I have tried as well. Paid $13 for touch free car wash. I took my new truck which is about 3 weeks old, so not much dirt accumulated. Truck was just as dirty when it came out. Spot free rinse? Had spots on hood right after. The $6 touch free at Sam's Club works better. Will not go again. read more

Nice wash. Does the job but the only reason they get a low rating is you need to put in 15 quarters to start your wash. Then only adds an average on 15 second for every quarter put in after that. Look around at other places that only need about 5 or 6 quarters to start a wash. read more

We signed up for monthly memberships for both of our vehicles. We live right up the street and were excited for this place to open. Unfortunately, so far our experiences here have been poor. The machine can't ever read the license plates. The other day they closed because it rained and snowed in the morning- when you need your Car washed the most! The owner told us to come back the next day. The dryer doesn't dry the car well so you leave with a wet car... we are pretty disappointed in this place but hopeful that they can get it together... read more

This car wash is the most expensive car wash in Flagstaff. I went there yesterday and I cost me 20 bucks to use the self wash stall. One time I used the automatic stall and it quit on me half way through the wash. It took me two weeks to finally get a hold of the owner through the phone number they posted outside the office that is on site and get a refund. I have finally had enough with this place. I visit this car wash on HWY 89 just past the mall at least once a week. Often, there are issues with the drive thru wash and today I was there when the attendant (owner) was there. The wash malfunctioned on the wash cycle and as I was leaving I commented to the owner about my concern. He was down right nasty, told me it was working fine when it had left large unwashed stripes on my truck. He then told me to not come back and slammed the office door on me. So, I am going to take his advise and find another car wash that wants my business. read more
