Terrible. Have lived here my whole life and always vacuum/ cleaned my car here. Went today and had some 'coworker' come over, proceed to turn the vacuum off and tell me that i needed to leave the property and threaten me that he was going to call the police because i was 'trespassing' well on the phone with the 'owner' all because i vacuumed my car before PAYING for a car wash. Will not be going back and very disappointing being i met the owner when he lived on the property himself. Have always payed. Lost one costumer who actually does use the car wash and not just the ONE free vacuum they have. Get real most car washes have free vacuums to begin with. Let alone the 'coworkers' friend throwing up gang signs and yelling at us after we proceeded to drive away. To let someone like that work there being the neighborhood is also a nice place and right by a school. SAD. read more

I Purchased the ultimate wash and parts of my car didn't even get wet. I then went to use the vacuum which is free after a car wash, and the vacuum did not work. I decided to go to one of the vacuums that you have to pay for. I needed to get change from their machine because the vacuum only takes quarters. I put a Dollar into the machine and I got out 3 quarters. Nothing here is working well. read more

Worst self serve car wash in Flagstaff. Two of the wash bays are always broken or out of soap. Only cyle that worked was the rince cycle. It was a great we'll maintained facility ten years ago when new. Owner is more of a slum Lord than a responsible business owner. Don't waste your time or money. Buy a hose and bucket and do it yourself. read more

This place is garbage. Sprayer to soap settings didn't have any soap come out and the vacuum literally didn't vacuum anything. My broom could of done a better job. No wonder vacuum is free! read more

Started at the change machine, both did not say out of order (little red light) yet neither worked. The vacuum I used did not have enough power to suck up a single piece of dog food kibble. Not exaggerating. I could barely tell it was on there was so little suction. I went to a self wash bay and had the trigger spray completely pop off, which led to me being soaked from shoulder to toe. Told the next unsuspecting people who pulled in to not use this bay. Next bay I went to had the option for foam brush...but no brush. Wish there was someone around so I could get my money back. Using the scrubber brushes they have outside of the automatic washes then driving through is the perfect mix! My car looks great.

None of the foam brushes work. No soap on any of the soap settings, at least in the two stalls i tried. One stall was closed. Not sure about the 4th stall. But super annoying. read more

Took my truck here to get a quick car wash in the automatic wash and it scratched the whole front bumper. I would never recommend or go to this place again. I tried finding the attendant but no one there, calling and no one answered the phone. Wish I could give them a lower star rating. read more

Dont go here if you value a good carwash AND decent human beings running a business so that if issues arise, they FOLLOW UP and fix them. You wont find either of those here. The first time their machine kept my money, I called. No reply. No decency. I let it go. I should have left a review then, in hindsight. Let me stop here, save my time, and just show you the photos of my car this last time. (And again, no reply to my call...) Dont waste your time, too. Worst car wash ever we put eight dollars in and did not get a car wash we put another eight dollars in it did not get a car wash we will be calling the Better Business Bureau if the owner does not call us back and refund us or $16 for the washer today the voicemail is full on their voicemail box. I wish I'd have read the reviews on this prior to being ripped off. I tried using my credit card for the $10 wash. The machine said that the transaction had failed, to reinsert card. I did so. The machine again asked that the card be reinserted because the sale wasn't completed. Fortunately, I gave up at this point, since when checking my credit card balance online the next day, I had been charged the $10 for no car wash. It is really too bad that the owner cares so little for his equipment or his customers, I can only hope that if he ever does repair the machine, it is very, very costly and that he suffers an extreme paucity of customers..... read more

STOP! Don't go here! You will regret it!!! Zero stars if possible! I trusted the 2 reviewers & totally regret it. I don't even complain much, but this place has me so upset. Why? I paid for the car wash, went into the thing- no directions as to when to go or not go. The auto car wash stopped in "pre-wash" w/the metal bar held up against the passenger side. I waited... Thought about getting out... Imagined myself soaked in foaming car wash & then banged around by bristles... Didn't know what to do... There's NO ONE around to help or even complain to! No number to call when you are TRAPPED in the car wash as this place doesn't have a website or number listed. I wanted to drive off but was afraid that the stupid car wash rod would scrape up my car... Sat there some more... Waited... Thought about the terror of getting out of my car & have the car wash suddenly start again.... Waited some more... I'm fuming angry now... So angry that I jump out quickly & move the metal bar & quickly move my STILL DIRTY car out of there! Do I get a refund? Or even someone... ANYONE to help me??? No! Bc the office has NO ONE there... No one to even call! And this is NOT my first car wash. I didn't want my car scratched up or banged so I thought a do-it-yourself place w/the auto car washer as pre-wash would be a good start. It's not rocket science yet this place manages to mess it up. This may not happen to you. I took my car through the drive through wash and it came with soap and dirt streaks all over it. There was no attendant there so that I could run it through again. I stopped by this morning at 9 am and still no attendant. I would have to say if you are doing the self serve wash it is probably fine but do not count on a good wash with the drive through bays. read more

This carwash has potential, yet has not made a single upgrade since they opened. They are in a high-traffic, upscale neighborhood-- yet their self-wash bays do not accept credit cards, and their automatic wash is a joke. Flagstaff does not have any full-service car washes on the east-side of town. Would common sense say a location near three schools, the country club neighborhood, and Amberwood (houses so elegant half the driveways are heated) would be ideal for this? I think so. If I wanted an automatic wash, I would go to Sams Club and pay six dollars for a better wash. If this carwash offered full-service washes or even had better equipment with a membership option, they would have a lot of my businesses money. I believe the automatic washes only accept Visa and Mastercard. PS: If anyone ever sees it for sale, message me! No joke, I have visions for this place. :) read more

It's obvious To me that the other patrons did not follow the instructions for utilizing the facility resulting in damage to their vehicle. Everything worked as advertised and they provided a prewash feature to break up smashed bugs and road grime with a brush and soap bucket. The brush needs to have softer bristles though because it left swirls in my paint. read more

A couple of weeks ago I tried to get a car wash. The machine took my money but the door to the bay never opened. I called the number listed to see if I could at least come back later....no callback. Today, I paid, drove into the bay, and the machine breaks and slams into the side of my car. Called again to see if there was anyone in the area to fix the machine so I could at least get the soap off. No callback. Every time I go to this car wash, I'm having to wipe off all of the smeared grime from my car anyway so in addition to the non-existent customer service, the "wash" is also non-existent. Learned my lesson that convenience is not worth poor quality. read more

As far as self service car washes go, this one is still one of my favorites. The auto wash does a great job if you don't want to get out of the car, they offer enough self wash bays to get the job done, and FREE vacuums, whether you purchased a wash or not. The business is local and the owner as well as his employees have always been very nice to work with. read more

Worst car wash in flagstaff! Never again going to this place. Owner was rude when we tried explain the brush wasn't working. Apparently they don't work when it is freezing yet it was 50 degrees out he then shushed my husband to explain his reasoning. Came here to vacuum out my car and wash it so as the norm I pulled up to the dumbster to remove any trash that may clog a vacuum hose while I was gathering the trash from the back of my car a employee came shut and locked the trash dumpster young guy maybe late 20s early 30s he wore a hat he also didn't say a word to me or the 2 people with me just locked it up and walked away needless to say we left to spend our money elswhere read more

I have never been treated so poorly from an associate. I came in with the intentions to wash and vacuum my car which I do biweekly and left with neither accomplished and extremely insulted. I decided to vacuum first due to a drink mix that spilt in my car. As I pull up to the vacuum the associate yells "are you going to wash that" I replied yes and he comes over and says "are you really going to wash that" And I replied and said I'm just getting this powder out. Then he replies "your just bullsh*itting me, you're not getting your car washed you just lied to me and bullsh*t me" I replied with in what industry can you talk to a customer like that and then he called me a liar again as I left. I plan to never return and I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

We went in this morning & the left bay didn't have spot free spray & the dryer didn't work.

Used the automatic wash, the "ultimate"...ultimate waste of money! My car left just as dirty as when it arrived! Very disappointed and won't go back. We missed the dry cycle because the light board never displayed "exit" like it's supposed to. Tried this place years ago and was awful then, gave it another try today and just as bad. Wish owners would actually pay attention to how their equipment is failing and do something about it! read more

I used my debit card for a wash and frequently looking at the timer and I stopped at 1:58 for $2 but when I checked my bank account this car wash charged me $10. I was like what?! read more
