warning @!!!! 1. this company provides zero customer service to help with billing issues 2. they…read morewill respond to this by saying how happy they are to help i should just email support. 3. nobody will respond. they did not respond to the credit card company or beter business bureau and attendents at the carwash couldn't help. 4. they overcharged me by $10. trying to take care of this minor error i spent multiple hours. 5. things just got worse. i will have to close my credit card that i've had for 20 years, as they keep trying to bill for the next month even though i said ":cancel my acct" in the many emails i sent. now everyday i get multiple notices from my credit card that a charge was declined because i deleted that virtual credit card. only way to stop that was to delete the underlying card. my best advice is use a diff carwash just in case you might havbe a billing issue. seperately i recently saw a post of a woman that got her antenna ripped out putting a hile in her car. they did not respond to hetr either. so....you may be better off using a car wash that actually responds to customers.

The pump was also a bit slow. Shell prices that day: Regular = $3.30 Plus = $3.60 V-POWER Nitro = $3.90 After pumping fuel and cleaning up, I re-parked my Jeep where my dog and I could share a quick lunch from a local restaurant nearby. She enjoyed sniffing the nearby trees, pinecones, and grass patches, but it was fairly trashy. Surprising for Flagstaff, AZ.

I reported the problem to management within 48 hours of it happening and they (Caleb and Dean) refused to take responsibility. They just kept saying "it didn't happen here" - Right, like I got symmetrical scratches on both sides of the vehicle in the same travel pattern as your brushes from someplace else even though I haven't driven this vehicle anywhere else in that time. I asked to see the camera footage from when my car went through but they refused - so they say their equipment didn't do it but are too afraid to prove it. Sadly, I could tell by talking to them that this is a common conversation that they have with customers, they even said that they have to tell people this all the time and "good luck proving it in a court of law." Just from talking to friends, I've already found 3 other people whose vehicles were scratched at this car wash! The problem is there is not always an attendant at the start of the wash so really muddy/dirty vehicles are able to go through and the dirt then gets stuck on the rollers/brushes and scratches up the following cars that are unfortunate to come along after. I've filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office (Consumer Protection & Advocacy Section) and would encourage others who have had their cars damaged here to do the same as well as leave reviews all over.
